RequiredBidder should be a Manufacturer / Authorized Distributor / Channel Partner / Dealer / Supplier of Diaphragm valves suitable for use in Water Treatment Plant/ Demineralized Water Plant / Ash Handling System / Power Plant equipment/ Industrial equipment, of PROCON make.(Refer section-I of tender document for complete qualification criteria and document to be furnished)
RequiredIf the bidder is a Manufacturer, the bidder shall furnish copy of registration certificate or any equivalent certificate to establish its credentials as manufacturer of the offered Diaphragm valves.
RequiredIf the bidder is an Authorized Distributor / Channel Partner / Dealer, the bidder shall furnish a valid authorization letter / certificate from the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) of PROCON make for the offered Diaphragm valves.
RequiredIf the bidder is a Supplier, the bidder shall furnish an authorization letter / certificate from the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) of the offered Diaphragm valves, duly incorporating the subject tender notice details in the said authorization letter.
RequiredThe bidder fails to furnish the authorization letter / certificate from the manufacturer, the bid may be considered, if the bidder is a regular supplier to TGGENCO / Government Organization / PSU, subject to submission of recently issued / executed orders or performance certificate issued within th(Refer section-I of tender document for complete qualification criteria and document to be furnished)
RequiredFurnish copies of recently issued/executed orders or performance certificate issued within the last five financial years,i.e.,FY 2021-22,2022-23,2023-24,2024-25 and2025-26,for supply of Diaphragm valves suitable for use in Power Utilities/Government Organizations/Public Sector Undertakings/reputed private organizations,clearly showing the name of the firm, PO date and description of the material
RequiredTechnical specifications / product catalogue / brochures / datasheets pertaining to the offered Diaphragm valves, along with relevant technical particulars such as make, model, dimensional details and suitability for the intended application, if any, shall be furnished.
OptionalAll relevant Bid Schedules, duly filled in, signed & stamped, along with supporting documentation. If schedules are not uploaded, it will be construed that the bidder complies fully with tender specification and accepted TGGENCO terms & conditions.
OptionalThe company shall declare that it is not under blacklist by any Govt. Department/ PSU due to any reason.
