Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth, for foundation etc., or for shafts, wells, cess pits, manholes, pier holes etc not exc. 10 Sqm on plan and n.exc. 1.5m in depth and getting out in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm each as in soils complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for design mix reinforced cement concrete M-30 grade (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundations, including rafts, footings, foundation beams, plinth beams, bases for columns etc., basement slabs, under-reamed piles and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for non-skid ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/ rectangular), area of each tile exceeding 0.06 sqm but not exceeding 0.11 sqm, as in floors etc, laid over and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM (1:4), set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F for 60mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size / shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding / laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compacting by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per reuired size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only old chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provision of binding wire complete all as specified an as directed. Note: Fixing tie and nuts bolts will be measured and paid seperately.

S&F mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, length of bolt exceeding 5 cm but not exc 10cm and dia of neck 16 to 20 mm complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & Labour for providing and fixing stainless steel (Grade 304) railing made of hollow tubes, channels, plates etc., including welding, grinding, buffing, polishing and making curvature (where ever required) and fitting the same with necessary stainless steel nuts and bolts complete, including fixing the railing with necessary accessories & stainless steel dash fasteners, stainless steel bolts etc., of required size, on the top of floor or the side of waist slab with suitable arrangement.

S&F aluminum flat wind ties of any size and thickness fixed with self tapping screws for fixing roofing sheets complete all as specified and as directed. NOTES: The self tapping screw shall be of adequate length to drive into complete thickness of purlin/rafter etc., and shall be fixed using neoprene and EPDM washers.

Dismantling plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge, thickness, including Nainital or similar pattern roof coverings etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F pre-painted zinc coated aluminum sheet (Galvalume) GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and as directed. NOTES: The self tapping screw shall be of adequate length to drive into complete thickness of purlin/rafter etc., and shall be fixed using neoprene and EPDM washers. Penetration and laps in sheet shall be sealed by using proper sealant profile. HDPE fillers shall be provided wherever required to close voids between sheets, sheet & fasteners etc., as per SSR Part-I 2009 complete.

S&F pre-painted zinc coated aluminum sheet (Galvalume) GI based plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall/valley gutters, fixed with self tapping screws including scaffolding for a height upto 12.0 metres complete all as specified and as directed. NOTES: The self tapping screw shall be of adequate length to drive into complete thickness of purlin/rafter etc., and shall be fixed using neoprene and EPDM washers. Penetration and laps in sheet shall be sealed by using proper sealant profile. HDPE fillers shall be provided wherever required to close voids between sheets, sheet & fasteners etc., as per SSR Part-I 2009 complete.

Dismantling fencing wire mesh/ barbed wire/ concertina coil of any type

S&F Galvanised. 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. as directed (each line wire to be measured)

Fixing only Galvanised. 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. as directed (each line wire to be measured)

Dismantling boarding, any description, fixed in any position with nails complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 8mm thick fibre cement plank (3.00 x 0.15m) of any colour fixed in position with suitable screws / fasteners as per manufactures instructions on aluminium / mild steel work in wall cladding including applying two coats of exterior emulsion paint on fibre planks complete all as specified and as directed. Dismantling ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation, etc.) or insulation boards/slabs/blankets, any thickness, including cover fillets and grid complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for anodised aluminium snap grid frame work for false ceiling with size of grid 605mm x 605mm all as specified in SSR Part-I 2009, hangers 4 mm dia. G.I. (upto 1200mm length) adjusting level fixed to roof slabs by means of ceiling cleats made out of G.I. flat iron 40x3 mm size 60mm long and expansion hold fasteners 12.5mm dia. 40mm long including cutting, drilling, jointing etc., 6mm thick non-asbestos fibre cement building design boards fixed or laid/ inserted to aluminium frame work with screws complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for providing & laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete all as specified and as directed.
