Cleaning and grubbing road land including uprooting wild vegetation, grass, brushes, shrubs, spallings and trees girth upto 30mm, removal of slumps of such trees cut earlier and disposal of unserviceable matreials and stacking of serviceable materials to be used or auctioned, upto a lead of 1000m including removal and disposal of top organic not exceeding 150mm in thickness as per clause 201.1 i) By Manual Means (A) In area of non thorny jungle :

Water Bound Macadam (Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with vibratory roller 8-10 tonnes in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming requisite type of screening/ binding material to fillup the interstices of coarse aggregate,watering and compacting to the reqd.density (A) By Manual Means (iii) Grading III

Prime coat (Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion on prepared surface of granular Base including clearing of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.60 kg/sqm using mechanical means.) (Including cost of testing of materials at site and laboratory as directed by the deptt.) i) With bitumen emulsion-CSS-1h

Tack Coat Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.20 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous/granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom.( Including cost of testing of materials at site and laboratory as directed by the deptt.) (I) With Bitumen emulsion CSS-1 IS:8887-2004) (c) Granular surfaces treated with primer.

Dense Graded Bituminous Macadam (Providing and laying dense bituminous macadam with 100-120 TPH batch type HMP producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 4.0 to 4.5% by weight of total mix and filler transporting the hot miox to work site,laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the reqd. grade, lavel and alignment,rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoSRT&H cl. no. 507. complete in all respect. ( including carriage up to initial lead of 5.0 km from quarry and carriage of mixed materials up to 10.0 Km initial lead from mixing plant )( Including cost of testing of materials at site and laboratory as directed by the deptt.) (a) With rock dust as filler ( refer table 500-9 of MoSRT&H specification) & anti stripping agent as per IS:14982( Refer Appendix-5 of MoSRT&H specification) (ii) for GradingII(19 mm nominal size)

Bituminous Concrete (Providing and laying bituminous concrete with 100-120 TPH batch type hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 5.4 to 5.6 % of mix and filler transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the reqd. grade, lavel and alignment,rolling with smooth wheeled,vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoSRT&H cl. no.509. complete in all respect. ( including carriage up to initial lead of 5.0 km from quarry and carriage of mixed materials up to 10.0 Km initial lead from mixing plant )( Including cost of testing of materials at site and laboratory as directed by the deptt.) (a) With rock dust as filler ( refer table 500-9 of MoSRT&H specification) & anti stripping agent as per IS:14982( Refer Appendix-5 of MoSRT&H specification) (II) for Grading-II(13 mm nominal size)

Painting lines, dashes, arrows, etc. on roads in two coats on new work with ready mixed road marking paint conforming to IS:164 on bituminous/concrete surface, including cleaning the surface of all dirt, dust and other foreign matter, demarcation at site and traffic control as per drawing and Technical Specification Clause 1702

Providing reflective pavement marker with Micro prismatic lens in both direction having thermoplastic body adhering to the specification and guidelines of MoSRT&H’s fixed to the road surface using the adhesives and the procedures recommended by the manufacturers with three months replacement warranty and free maintenance.

Providing ‘Sparkle Solar Road Studs, manufactured by Tata B.P. Solar India Ltd.
