1 Tenders from Joint ventures are not acceptable.
2 Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by any State Government / Government of India /Union Territory.
3 It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.
4 The bidder is required to ensure browser compatibility of the computer well in advance to the last date and time for receipt of tenders. The departments shall not be responsible for non-accessibility of KPPP portal due to internet connectivity issues and technical glitches at bidders end.
5 EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.
6 Bidder shall pay Contract Management Module processing fees of 0.025% of the contact value (Min Rs.500/- & Max Rs.7500/-) soon after contract has been issued to bidder.
7 Bidders shall ensure upload of relevant document certifying his/her status as Scheduled Caste/ Scheduled Tribe/other reserved category as prescribed in the tender document.
8 The Bidder shall ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of KPPP PORTAL on or before the last date of bid submission. The tenderer is required to ensure browser compatibility of the computer well in advance to the last date and time for receipt of teners. The departments shall not be responsible for non-accessibility of KPPP PORTAL portal due to internet connectivity issues and technical glitches.
9 Contractor Conditional tenders are not accepted
10 The cost of the Tender processing fees shall not be refundable.
11 The authority competent to accept the tenders shall have the right of rejecting all or any of tenders without assigning any reasons and will not be bound to accept the lowest tenders.
12 All the items in the tender are inclusive of cost and conveyance of all materials, all lead, lift, loading, unloading, transportation, labour, hire charges of machinery, curing for concrete works.
13 Acceptence/Cancellation of the tender are reserved by under signed without any reasons for the same.
14 As per Karnatka State Government order LD/300/LET/2006 Blore dated 01.01.07 and Government letter No.PW/134/BMS/2007 dated 27.07.07, a sum amounting to 1% of the bill amount will be deducted towards constructions labour welfare Fund.
15 If the rates quoted by the contractor is lesser than the amount put to tender, the difference cost should be paid by the contractor, through FDR in the favour of Executive Engineer at the time of agreement. (should be fledge in the name of Executive Engineer)

18 The work should be executed strictly as per the tender specification mentioned. Contractor should arrange for quality check at different stage of work for quality assurance as per direction of Engineer-in-charge during the work in progress and after completion. If any failures found the cost will be recovered from the contractor and will be recomminded for black listing immediately.
19 This work should be Inspected by the 3rd party Agencey.
20 Any damage during the progress of work, the damage cost shold be beared by the Contractor.
21 The tendered should submit proposed methodology and program of construction, backed with equipment and materials duly supported with broad calculations and quality management, plan, proposed to be adopted, justifying of execution and completion of the work as per technical specifications within the stipulated period of completion.
22 Tenderers are requested to read the Bid Documents before submission of their bid.
23 Contractors should follow strictly prevailing rules of labour act.
24 In the case of the death of the contractor after executing the agreement/ commencement of the work, his legal heir, if is an eligible registered contractor and is willing can execute and complete the work at the accepted tender rates irrespective of the cost of the work.
25 Royalty on construction materials and other taxes will be deducted as per prevailing Govt Orders.
26 Corrigendum will be published in the web site/News Paper for all modifications/corrections if any
27 All scanned documents to be uploaded shall be in original and the Executive Engineer reserves the right to verify the documents before approval.
28 The employer is not responsible for any delay in accessing e-procurement Portal.The tenderer shall bear all costs associated with the preparation and submission of his tender, and the employer will in no case be responsible and liable for thouse costs.
29 If the date mention above happen to be general holiday next working day will holds good in lieu of the date mention.
30 The E.M.D. of un qualified contractor in tender should be return after (90 days ) from opening the tender only.
31 The roads and bridges contructed under this programme shall be of very high standard, requiring no major repairs at least for three (3) years after completion of construction. The contractors shall have to give guarantee for 3 years for maintenance.
32 Road should be constructed as per the guidelines of Ministry of Road Transport & Highway/ Indian road congress.
33 Security deposit at the rate of 5% of tender cost and differnce amount if any. should be made in favour of Executive Engineer in the form of FDR only ( should be fledge in the name of Executive Engineer)
34 If the rate quoted by the contractor are below the estimated rate the difference of estimated amount and contract amount shall be deposited with the EE PRED Channarayapatana in form of FDR which will be released successful completion of all items (FDR).
35 Successful bidder submitting bids below the amount put to tender will be regularized to submit the difference amount in the form of FDR/TDR/DD/Pledge on the name of EE PRED C R Patna within 20 days from the date of receiving the letter of acceptance. Failing which EMD will be forfeited and further action will be taken as per G O No FD PCL 2008 Bangalore Dated 14/10/2008. Cluase 25 of KW3. Work shall be executed as per Tender document and KTPP Act.
36 Contractor should made an agreement within 15 days of tender acceptance date and work should be carried out with in the 1 week time after agreement. If not tender will be cancelled at the contractors own risk and cost.
37 The work should be carried out in accordance with the standard specifications specified by the department. Maintanance period from the contractor for the above works is one year from the date of completion of work.
38 The bidder shall quote rates without adding GST for either materials or works contract or service GST payable by the bidder under this works contract will be paid to the contratctor over and above the bidders bid amount. and the increase in the GST shall not be paid in the extended period of contract for which the bidder alone is responsible for delay as determined by the authority.
39 THE BIDDER BID CAPACITY IS MORE THAN TENDER VALUE
40 THE BIDDER SHOULD BE UPLOAD THE VALID DOCUMNETS (FROM THE YEAR OF 2021-22 TO 2025-26)
41 The materials Quality control certificates from the authorized quality control laboratories to be provided by the contractor before using the materials and Quality control certificate issued from the QC authority must accompanied with bill
42 THE WORK INDENT NUMBER SHOULD BE MENTIONED IN THE WORKDONE CERTIFICATE UPLOAD. OTHERWISE BID MAY BE REJECTED WITHOUT EVALUATION
