Eligibility Criteria

Tenders from Joint ventures are not acceptable.

Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka

Bidders shall ensure upload of relevant document certifying his/her status as Scheduled Caste/ Scheduled Tribe/other reserved category as prescribed in the tender document.

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.

BIDDER SHALL PAY CONTRACT MANAGEMENT MODULE PROCESSING FEES OF 0.025% OF THE CONTACT VALUE (MIN RS.500/- & MAX RS.7500/-) SOON AFTER CONTRACT HAS BEEN ISSUED TO BIDDER.

FOR DETAILS REFER TENDER NOTIFICATION AND CONDITIONS IN THE BID DOCUMENTS.

ALL MATERIALS SHOULD BE IN GOOD QUALITY AS PER SPECIFICATION, QUALITY CERTIFICATE FOR THE SAME SHOULD BE OBTAINED FROM THE CONCERNED AUTHORITY AT THEIR OWN COST.

ACCEPTENCE / CANCELLATION OF THE WORKS ARE RESERVED BY UNDER SIGNED WITHOUT ANY REASONS FOR THE SAME.

CORRIGENDUMS / MODIFICATIONS / CORRECTION, IF ANY, WILL BE PUBLISHED IN THE WEBSITE ONLY.

ALL THE SCANNED DOCUMENTS PERTAINING TO BIDDER TO BE UPLOADED SHALL BE IN ORIGINAL AND SAME ORIGINALS SHOULD BE PRODUCED TO THE EXECUTIVE ENGINEER (AT THE TIME OF TECHNICAL BID OPENING) WHO RESERVES RIGHT TO VERIFY THE ORGINAL DOCUMENTS BEFORE APPROVAL.

TO QUALIFY FOR AWARD OF THIS CONTRACT EACH TENDERER SHOULD GIVE ALL DETAILS AND DOCUMENTS AS PER TECHNICAL AND FINANCIAL BID ATTACHED TO THIS TENDER.

ALL THE MATERIALS TO BE UTILISED FOR THE WORK MUST BE TESTED IN PRED LABS AND QUALITY CONTROL TEST REPORTS MUST BE ENCLOSED TO THE BILLS. ALL TYPE OF PIPES AND PUMPING MACHINARY WITH ACCESSORIES MUST BE TESTED IN M/S. SGS INDIA LTD, CIPET & AIPS INSTITUTES. COST OF ALL QC TEST MUST BE BORNE BY CONTRACTOR.

IF ANY DATE IN THE TENDER TIME TABLE IS GOVERNMENT HOLIDAY, NEXT WORKING DATE WILL BE CONSIDERED

INCOMPLETE / CONDITIONAL TENDERS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.

THE WORK IS SUBJECTED TO THIRD PARTY INSPECTION AND INSPECTION BY OTHER GOVT AGENCIES. THIRD PARTY INSPECTION COST IS BORNE BY THE CONTRACTOR AT THE RATE OF 0.5% OF THE GROSS AMOUNT OF THE BILL. THIRD PARTY AGENCY IS APPOINTED BY THE DEPT (EMPANELLED BY CHIEF ENGINEER RWD&S BANGALORE)

FOR INTERPRETATIONS OF CLAUSES, CONDITIONS, SPELLING MISTAKES, ETC., DECISION OF EXECUTIVE ENGINEER, RDW&S, KARWAR IS FINAL

ALL OTHER CONDITIONS AS PER KW IV TENDER DOCUMENT

The Contract is for the period of one Year and it will be continued with 5% increase in contract price for up to 5 years including first year on the basis of performance of the contractor towards operation and maintenance of the proposed scheme.

Satisfactorily completed (at least 50% of the contract value), as prime contractor, at least one similar work such as Operation and maintenance of MVS Water Supply Scheme of value not less than Rs 50.70 lakhs in the last five financial years i.e. (2021-22, 2022-23, 2023-24 ,2024-25& 2025-26)

Work Done Certificate

The tendered should have experience of satisfactorily completing O&M of one multi village drinking water supply project for a period of at least TWO years. in the last five financial years i.e. (2021-22, 2022-23, 2023-24 ,2024-25& 2025-26)
