SPL REPAIR TO OLD PIPE LINE FOR MAIN WATER SUPPLY AT MED REGT AT OLD AMRITSAR CANT

Excavating in trenches not exceeding 1.5 metre wide and not exceeding 1.5 metre in depth for laying of pipe line and getting out in soft/loose soil and in road cutting complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in excavated material/soil including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers n exc 25cm in soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material/surplus soil not exceeding 50 metre and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 metre above starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing including testing of DI/CI fittings conforming to IS:9523 for flanged/spigot socketed type DI pieces special any type upto 150mm dia bore such as bends (any type of radious and angle) tapers any type (straight bend increasing, decreasing or double socket etc) Tee pieces, single branch, 'Y' junctions, doubled branch, cross (all sockets and sockets & spigots), collars, caps and plugs complete all as specified and directed

Supply, laying , fixing and testing Ductile Iron pipes pressure with spigot & socket ends of 150 mm bore class K-7 centrifugally cast conforming to IS:8329/2000 blast furnace slag cement portland cement properties suitable for push-on jointing with inside surface cement mortar lining, with internal metallic zinc coating and external black bitumen coating, duly ISI marked complete laid in trenches or under the roads, with and including tyton rubber gasket push-on joints as required at site complete including dismantling & taking out old UNSV water supply pipe line any type & any size from trenches complete all as specified and as directed

Supply, laying , fixing and testing Ductile Iron pipes pressure with spigot & socket ends of 100mm bore class K-7 centrifugally cast conforming to IS:8329/2000 blast furnace slag cement portland cement properties suitable for push-on jointing with inside surface cement mortar lining, with internal metallic zinc coating and external black bitumen coating, duly ISI marked complete laid in trenches or under the roads, with and including tyton rubber gasket push-on joints as required at site complete including dismantling & taking out old UNSV water supply pipe line any type & any size from trenches complete all as specified and as directed NOTE FOR ITEM NO 5 & 6: (a) The cost of DI fitting shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item. (b) Excavation & other earth work will be measured and paid separately under relevant items. (c) Excavation shall be carried out by the contractor carefully to avoid any damages to existing cable, sewage line, gas line etc.

Supply, laying, fixing and testing of galvanised steel water tubes of size 80mm dia, medium grade with screwed socket joint together with and including all GI fittings such as bends, elbows, short piece connections, backnuts, caps plugs and unions etc laid in trenches/fixed on walls/laid on floors including taking down old UNSV one from site complete all as directed and specified NOTE FOR SER ITEM NO. 7 to 10: (a) Excavation & other earth work will be measured and paid separately under relevant items. (b) Excavation shall be carried out by the contractor carefully to avoid any damages to existing cable, sewage line, gas line etc.

All as per ser item No. 07 above but for GI pipe of size 50mm bore complete all as specified and directed.
