DAY TO DAY COMPLAINTS OF EXTERNAL ELECT SUPPLY AND ALLIED WORKS IN FLAMING ARROW UNITS AT NAMS UNDER GE NAMS

Day to day attending complaints & maintaining the electric supply GE NAMS Area round the clock (24 Hours) comprising the following electrical distribution net work / transformers / LT panels by contractor/his rep with fwg networks:- (i) Feeder No-1 emanating from MRS to TOP I, Appx length – 0.3 Km. (ii) Feeder No-2 emanating from MRS to AD feeder, Appx length = 4.8 Km, LT Panels , LT overhead lines appx – 3.50 km and 04 No transformer. (iii) Feeder No 03 emanating from TOP I Sub station to Old Officer colony Feeder, Appx length = 3 Km along with 08 transformers with GOD s of different capacities , LT Panels , LT overhead lines appx – 4.5 km. (iv) Feeder No 04 emanating from TOP I Sub station to Back Feeder Appx length = 5 Km along Complete upto end point. (v) Feeder No 05 emanating from TOP I Sub station to Old Mehta colony Appx length = 2.5 Km complete upto end point (vi) Feeder No 6 emanating from TOP I Sub station to Mech Feeder Appx length = 3 Km complete upto end point (vii) Feeder No 7 emanating from 66 KV MRS to Lower Line Offr Qtr - Approx 5.5 Km Complete upto end point. (Viii) Feeder No 8 emanating from 66 KV MRS to Khetrapal Sub station Appx length = 3.5 Km complete upto end points

(ix)   Feeder No 9 emanating from TOP I Sub station to CP -1 67 old location Appx length = 4 Km complete upto end points. (x)   Feeder No 10 emanating from 66 KV Sub station to New Red Colony, New Kathania & NOC-I Appx length = 2.5 Km complete upto end points. Preodicity - round the clock. (b) Nature of work to be done (i) Maintaining the serviceability and attending break down complaints of electric supply of all the feeder including of New ASR Cantt area mentioned under Sl 1.0(i) to 1(x) here in before . (ii) Attending the complaint of external electric supply – from sub station to main board / DB of the occupant. (iii) Periodical maintenance/complaints of all the feeders mentioned here-in-before related to loose connection/no lights in the area and other faults not covered in items mentioned in BOQ here in after. (iv) Complaint to be attended within 1 to 2 hrs otherwise penalty to be made at @ Rs. 500/- per complaint. (v) Complaint Register , complaint slip and log book shall be provide by the contractor wihout any extra cost paid to him and maintained by the SBA on duty/ Contractor rep present at Complaint cell in supervison of JE EM and signature of JE / Engr in charge will be taken on each complaint after completion of complaint on daily basis. (vi) All necessary tools & ladders etc to be provided by contractor without any extra cost.

Excavation in trenches n .exc 1.5 mtr wide and not exec 1.5 mtr in depth for foundation etc or for laying pipe lines and cables and getting out as in looses/soft soil complete all as specified and as directed

Returning filling in including spreading leveling, watering and well ramming in layer not exe. 25 cm in soft/ loose soil, complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material to a distance not exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified.

Supply,laying & fixing double wall corrugated (DWC) pipes made of high density polythyline (HDPE) with all accessories i.e. all type of joints,Sockets,Elbows,bends and End caps as size of DWC pipe is 63 mm O/D and 50 mm Inner dia all as specified and directed by Engr in Charge.of fwg sizes.

M&L for in replacement of XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured heavy duty electric power cable 1100 volts with stranded aluminium conductor of size 240 Sqmm 3.5 core laid in trenches or under road complete all as specified and as directed. (Note: Excavation, cable protection work will be measure & paid separately)
