Earthwork in excavation by mechanical means (hydraulic excavator)/manual means in foundation pipeline trenches drain (not exceeding 1.5m in width or 10 sq. m. on plan) including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed within a lead of 50m. a) All kinds of soil.

Earthwork in surface excavation not exceeding 30 cm depth(but exceeding 1.5 m width as well as 10 sq.m on plan) including disposal of excavated earth beyond work site for all leads lift disposed earth to be leveled and neatly dressed in: b) Hard soil

Providing and laying non-pressure NP2 class (light duty) RCC pipes with collars jointed with stiff mixture of cement mortar in the proportion of 1:2 (1 cement : 2 fine sand ) including testing of joints, etc. complete. B) 250 mm dia RCC pipe.

Rubble packing with hard laterite stone under floors including watering ramming and consolidating etc. in pipeline trenches and other foundations complete.

Providing & laying cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded granitic or basaltic stone aggrt. 40 mm. nominal size) excluding cost of centering, shuttering and finishing in: a) All works upto plinth level.

Centering and shuttering including struttings, propping etc. and removal of formwork for a)Foundations, footings, bases for columns and mass concrete.

Providing & laying cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement: 2 coarse sand: 4 graded granitic or basaltic stone aggrt. 20 mm. nominal size) excluding cost of centering, shuttering and finishing in: a) All works upto plinth level.

Laterite masonry in neatly dressed stones of size as specified in cement mortar 1: 4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) in foundation and basement.

12mm cement plaster 1:4 (1 cement : 4 fine sand)

Supplying of laterite stone soling of size 150-200 mm size and murrum having P.I. Value not more than 6 and laying including packing with smaller stones and consolidation with power road roller including spreading, watering and consolidation of binding material etc. (Measurements shall be considered on finished item) .

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with 3-wheeled steel/vibratory roller 8-10 tonnes in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming requisite type of screening/binding materials to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density. as per MORTH Specification 404. Providing and laying 50mm (consolidated thickness)full grout using granitic or basaltic stone of specified grading at 6.00 cu.m. per 100 sq.m. grouting with hot bitumen straight run bitumen(or with such bituminous material of grade and type as specified by the Engineer-in-Charge)at 5.0kg. per sq. m. binding with key aggregate of granitic or basaltic stone of specified grading at 1.5 cu.m. per 100 sq.m. including Providing and laying seal coat sealing the voids in a bituminious surface laid with F.E loader with 1 Cu.m. bucket capacity to the specified levels, grade and cross fall using Type A seal coat with 0.98 kg/sqm of bitumen of grade as per MoRT&H specifications clause 513.

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen grade of 80/100 or bitumen emulsion using pressure distributor on the prepared bituminous/ granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom as per MoRT&H specifications clause 503. Bitumen 80/100 @ 0.375 kg/sq.m

Providing and laying bituminious concrete with 40-60 TPH Drum Mix type Hot mix plant producing an average output of 50 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminious binder to mix with filler, transporting the hotmix to work site, with all leads laying with a hydrostatic/hydraulic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, including providing antistripping agent @ 0.5 of bitumen content rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory or tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoRT&H Specifications Clause 509 Grade-II (13mm nominal size) @ 6.5% Bitumen of grade 60/70

Providing and laying 80 mm thick factory made cement concrete interlocking paver block of M40 grade made by heavy duty block making machine with strong vibratory compaction using 3 tonne roller and of approved size and design / shape laid in 50 mm thick compacted bed of course sand, filling the joints with coarse sand, etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer. Additional cost for coloured paver blocks. a) Red /black

Supplying and fixing Pre-cast cement concrete kerb-stones(factory made,the factory should be ISO certified and registered under Dirctorate of Industries, Govt. of India) of M-20 with 20 mm nominal size granitic/basaltic aggregate properly consolidated by mechanical plat-form and vibrators with smooth finish including fixing at site complete as per specification. d) Size 60 cm L x 30 cm H x 10 cm T
