Taking down u/s dynamo/charging alternator 12 volts from the engine and supply and fixing charging alternator 12 volts with necessary electrical connection with suitable cap flexible copper wire and sleeves. Make : Lucas TVS or equivalent.

Taking out of UNSV water pump assy 62.5 KVA Kirloskar engine and carrying out complete servicing overhauling including supply and fix water pump kit all as directed and specified.

Draining out Lub oil from the oil pan assy of DG set 62.5KVA and keeping aside for reuse and taking down oil pan assy complete from the engine block for cleaning the eitire oil pan with recommended solution and resembling the oil pan after replacement of gasket oil pan (Lub oil shall be examined for reuse by Engr in charge. However if the oil is found unsuitable for reuse, fresh oil shall be measured and paid separaetly under respective item..

Dismantling the fuel pump assy from the engine of DG set cap 160 KVA and carrying the pump to authorised service centre for calibration and replacement of defective oil seal, retaining ring, cap screw,washers and refixing after repair to the engine.

Taking out of UNSV water pump assy 160 KVA Kirloskar engine and carrying out complete servicing overhauling including supply and fix water pump kit all as directed and specified.

Draining out Lub oil from the oil pan assy of DG set 160 KVA and keeping aside for reuse and taking down oil pan assy complete from the engine block for cleaning the eitire oil pan with recommended solution and resembling the oil pan after replacement of gasket oil pan (Lub oil shall be examined for reuse by Engr in charge. However if the oil is found unsuitable for reuse, fresh oil shall be measured and paid separaetly under respective item..
