Excavation in trenches in soft/ loose soil not exceeding 1.50 mtr wide and not exceeding 1.50 mtr in depth for laying of cables and getting out complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Returing, filling in, including spreading, leveling watering and well ramming inlayers not exceeding 25 cms thick each layer compete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Removal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and Laying DWC HDPE pipe of outer dia of 50mm and inner dia 40mm polyethylene (PE) with smooth internal and profiled external surface for non-pressure for underground cable including bends complete all as specified and directed. Make: “Rex Polyextrusion Ltd” ,Finloex, Supreme, Prince,Astral.

Supply and fix DWC HDPE coupler of dia of 50mm complete all as specified and directed. Make: “Rex Polyextrusion Ltd” ,Finloex, Supreme, Prince,Astral.

Material & Labour for boring of holes under road, pavement, hard standing by trenchless technology using ultra sounding technique and necessary machine including HDPE pipe of 150 mm dia suitable for 0.4 mpa working pressure all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for PCC work (1:3:6) type C-2 using 40 mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate as in foundation of stay / coping of poles/filling of cutting on road including necessary form work and fare finish to exposed surfaces without using extra cement etc. complete all as specified.

Supply, lay and connect cable XLPE Insulated screened PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 10 sq mm 2 core all as specified and directed. Supply and fixing 1100 volt grade heavy duty single core cable PVC insulated PVC sheathed with stranded copper conductor wire FRLS, ISI marked of size 2 x 2.5 Sqmm and 1 x 2.5 sqmm for connection purpose drawing through 20mm dia PVC pipe / conduit fixed on pole by means of suitable clamp complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge. Note : Clamp/conduit pipe will be measured under appropriate item under Sch 'A’/ BOQ.

Earthing complete for LT Panels with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60cmx60cmx6mm thick buried directly in ground vertically at a depth not less than 2.25 metres below normal ground level with top edge of the plate at a depth not less than 1.5 metres below normal ground level, connected with and including 7.5 metre GI strip 32x6 mm in and including GI pipe 40mm bore light grade as protection pipe (from top of earth plate up to the test point) by means of GI bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of GI and thimbles, earth plate surrounded by packed layers of charcoal dust and common salt 15cm thick, all around including top and bottom and watering pipe 20mm bore of GI pipe light grade with funnel and wire mesh, PCC chamber of size 300x300x300mm(top of chamber minimum 15 cm above the normal ground level (1:3:6) using 20mm graded stone aggregate and RCC cover (1:2:4) type B-I using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate of 25mm thick with 2 nos MS handles of 12mm dia including necessary excavation/ earth work in any type of soil/rock and as shown in Electrical plate No. 3 of SSR Part-I (2009) testing on completion complete all as specified.
