Construction of 9.0 m, 7.5 m, 6.00 m wide Bituminous Road and Interlocking on footpath and maintenance of side drain in Awadhpuri Yojna phase 2 and phase 3 by Infrastructure fund in Distt- Ayodhya.

Scarifying the existing bituminous road surface to a depth of 50mm by mechanical means and disposal of scarified material with in all lifts and lead upto 1000 meter.

Taking out existing CC interlocking paver blocks from footpath/central verge, including removal of rubbish etc., disposal of unserviceable material to the dumping ground, for which payment shall be made separately and stacking of serviceable material within 50 metre lead as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Maintenance of Earth ShoulderStripping excess soil (average 75 mm thick) from the shoulder surface to achieve the approved level and compacting with plate compactor

Providing and laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specifcation including premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mix materials by tipper to site laying in uniform layer with paver in sub-base /base coarse on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density 8-10 (for Top coat 150mm loose thickness minimum & minimum compacted thickness 115mm

Supply and fixing of 80mm thick Precast cement concerete and Fly Ash Zig Zag-Shape rubber moulded Interlocking paver blocks ISI mark confirming to IS 15658-2006 with top layer of minimum 5 mm thickness of O.P.Cement smooth high gloss finish, skid resistant; manufactured from rubber moulds through vibro-compression mechanism. The compressive strength of concrete paver block shall not be less than 40 Mpa and weigt 4.5 kg per including cost of material, with a blanket layer of 5.00cm. thick fine sand including labour, T & P etc required for proper completion of the work as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion using emulsion pressure distributor @ 0.60 kg/sqm. on the prepared bituminous/granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom

Providing and laying 40 mm thick dense graded bituminous macadam (using VG-30 grade Bitumen) with 100-120 TPH batch type HMP producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 4.00 to 4.50 per cent by weight of total mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction

Providing and applying Tack Coat with VG-10 grade bitumen using bitumen pressure distributor at the rate of 0.30 to 0.40 Kg per sqm. On the prepared bituminous granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom including supply of all materials labour ,T&P etc. required for proper completion of work as per clause 503 of MORTH specification and as per direction of the engineer- in- charge.

Providing and laying 30 mm thick bituminous concrete (using VG-30 grade Bitumen) with 100-120 TPH batch type hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 5.4 to 5.6 per cent of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specification clause No. 509 complete in all respects.

Providing and laying of hot applied thermo- plastice compound 2.5mm thick including reflectorising glass beads @ 250gms per sqm area thickness of 2.5mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC:35-2015. The finished surface to be level uniform and free from streaks and holes.

Disposal/Cartage of earth/Malba/Refuse materials/Garbage etc outside the parishad boundary area of Municipal limit above 8 Km distance.

Earth work in Excavation in trenches for foundations pipes cable etc in ordinary soil (loam,clay&sand) including lift up to 1.5 m lead up to 50 m and dressing of sides and ramming of bottom and disposal of surplus excavated earth as directed by the Engineer I/C with in a lead of 30 m.

Providing and laying in cement concrete 1:4:8 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand(FM 2.20-3.60) : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) and curing complete, including cost of form-work, in foundation and floors .

Class 150 brick work in 1:6 (1 cement: 6 Coarse sand) mortar in foundation & plinth including supply of all material, labour and T&P etc required for completion of the work.

12 mm. thick plaster in 1:6 cement and coarse sand mortar with neat cement finish.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:2:4 cement, coarse sand (2.20 to 3.60) and 20 mm gauge stone ballast including supply of all material labour T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work and curing complete also including cost of form work in foundation and floors as per E/I.

Struck/Flush Pointing with cement mortar (1:2) on brickwork in sub structure & super structure as per drawing and technical specification clauses 613.3, 1204 and 1208.4

RCC work with cement approved coarse sand and 2 cm. gauge approved stone ballast in the proportion 1:1.5:3 in RCC Slab excluding supply of reinforcement and it's bending but including its fixing & binding the same with 24 B.W.G.GI binding wire and including necessary centering and shuttering etc. and also including supply of all material labour and tools and plants etc. required for proper completion of the work.

Mild steel or Iron work in plain work such as reinforce concrete work (when not included in an over all rates) wrought to required shape as necessary including bending for proper completion of the work and including supply of steel. Its wastage, bend, hooks and authorised over lapping shall be measured upto floor to level
