1.Providing BT road at S.P Munusamy Nagar Pethikuppam Panchayat

Picking the Worn-out BT Surface including incidential charges and cleaning of all labour charges and machinery charges etc,..complete.

Earth work excavation and depositing on bank within initial lead of 10m & initial lift of 2m in hard stiff clay, stiff black cotton, hard red earth, shales, murram, gravel, stoney earth and earth mixed with small size boulders SS .20.A

Providing and laying Water Bound Macadam Grading - III ( 63mm to 11.20mm)IRC HBGmetal consisting of clean, crushed aggregates mechanincally interlocked by rolling and bonding together with screening binding material of 0.24 cum for 10 sqm (the material passing 425 microns sieve shall have liquid limit and plasticity index not more than 20 & 6% repectively)and finished in accordance with the requirements of the specification and thickness as per approved plans or as directed by the Engineer (Mix -in - place method)

Applying Tack COAT over WBM surface at 4Kg / 10 sq.m including labour for spraying, hire charges for bitumen sprayer etc. Comp.

Proving and laying premix carpet with seal type ‘A’ 20mm consolidate thickness using IRC size machine broken HBG metal 0.18cum of 13.2mm and 0.09cum. of 6.7 mm IRC size BHG metal with 9.80 Kg. of Bitumen for 10 Sqm. For seal coat including cost and convergence of all materials from approved quarry to work site and stacking them to departmental gauge for pre-measurement including cost of bulk bitumen which will be supplied departmentally at work site and the cost of which will be recovered at the rates as specified in the special conditions appended herewith and including convergence of bitumen to work spot handling labour charges for the Bitumen to required temperature and mixing the required quantity of metal and bitumen using mini hot mix plant conveying the mix by wheel borrows including labour charges for spreading the mix to grades, line & profiles & consolidation with power roller, rolling etc. including hire fuel charges and running charges for Mini Hot Mix Plant Power Roller and all other incidental charges, Tools and Plants employed and all incidental charges such as barricading providing danger lights etc. complete complying with standard specification. (Payment shall be made for finished item of work after completion.)

Providing and Laying Gravel to 100mm compacted thick including cost & conveyance of gravel from approved sources to work site including labour for spreading, watering and compacting by Power roller to achieve the required Proctor density at 100% compaction

GST Amount for providing Service to Government Contract Works for the above Construction & Maintenance Works. { GST Amount is the Total GST Amount for overall quoted amount (Both Construction and Maintenance) above this row in column "BB" for all works in this package} (Refer Clause 13.2 & 13.3 of Section 2 of Instruction to Bidders (ITB) of SBD)
