Removal of existing damaged wooden floor Dismantling of existing damaged wooden floor, removed from the site, cleaning the entire surface and treated with anti-termite of soil under existing floors using emulsion @ one litre per hole, 300mm apart including drilling and plugging 12mm dia holes with cement mortar 1:2 (1 cement: 2 coarse sand) to match the existing floors.

Construction of 50 mm thick cement concrete type B-1,1:2:4 (12.5mm graded aggregate) finish concrete surface even and smooth without using extra cement.

Squash court Flooring Squash Court flooring a per EN standard and made as per the standard norms of Squash with the EN test report of material made of polyurethane for cushions and fibre mesh to keep the material intact and anti-skid Poly Vinyl Chloride (PVC) aesthetically maple wood shade material with the following characteristics:- Anti-Skid : R9, Aesthetic : Maple Wooden shade, Thickness -7.5 mm Shock absorption : 30 % or more, Ball bounce : 97 % or more, Anti-termite and fire resistant.

Hand plaster on wall Will consist of 12mm thick, two layers, fiber reinforced, cement based and resin modified. Painting with epoxy paint walls of squash court should be cement plastered in proper level and devoid of any paint/ enamel paint.

Painting on wall (i) Providing and applying plaster of paris putty of 1 mm thickness over plastered surface to prepare the surface even and smooth. (ii) Material & Labour for applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/ litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot tinted) with silicon additives. @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coated of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surfaces. (iii) Marking with red synthetic paint on wall as directed.

Preparing of old surface plastered or unplastered on wall and apply two coats of distempering on wall with oil emulsion over a coat of chalk whiting, on plastered surfaces, preparatory to distempering complete all as directed.

White Wash on Celling Preparing of old surface plastered or unplasterd on ceiling and apply two coats of distempering on ceiling with distemper dry, white or tinted over a coat of Chalk whiting, on plastered surfaces, preparatory to distempering complete all as directed.

Celling lights (i) Supply and fixing 50 watt led Celling Light of voltage 100-300 AC, ISICE, ROHS certified Colour white, IP rating IP40 square with dia cast aluminum housing with heat resistant toughened glass, with LED tube light fixtures driver, holders, connector etc. Complete with all accessories prewired and including connecting up with three core flexible copper conductor cable with sauitable size Make – Havells/Phillips/Crompton =08 Nos (ii) Complete internal electric wiring including moular type switches and PVC modular boadr complete all as specified and approved quality.
