Demolition of bricks or block masonry (laid flat or on edge) or brick tiles in floors, channels, kerbs, aprons etc (each layer) laid bedded and pointed in any mortar all as specified.

M&L precast cement concrete solid buildings blocks type C1 1:3:6 ( 20 mm graded stone aggregates ) or slabs 10cm thick setting in mortar in CM 1:4 complete in walls all as specified and as directed.

Sunken Floor treatment : Providing and laying of water proofing treatment to sunken portion by applying cement slurry mixed with acralic based polymer modified cementitious composite compound of make as approved including Demolation and filling of sunken floor . (a) First layer of slurry of cement @0.488 Kg/Sqm mixed with acrylic based polymer modified cementitious composite compound @ 0.253 Kg/Sqm. This layer allowed to air cure for 4 Hours. (b): Second layer of slurry of cement @0.242 kg/Sqm mixed with acrylic based polymer modified cementitious composite compound @ 0.125 Kg/Sqmhis layer allowed to air cure for 4 Hours. Note: concrete for sunken slabs shall be mixed with WP compounds as e manufacturdrs instructions.before carrying out water proofing treatment the sunken slab shall be tested with water for 48 hours for any leakage /dampeness.is seen in ceilig below, then treatment is again carried out to RCC slab and it is again tested before passing for next stage. ( water proof compound rate is superatly)

Hacking out old broken glass (any thickness, size, quality or description) from metal frames including punching or drilling out old glazing pins/spring clips and providing and fixing new ones glazed with oil putty fixed with beads.

S & F 3mm thick sheet glass ordinary quality and glazing with oil putty or fixed with bead/glazing pins in squares n.exc 0.5 Sqm in each pane including hacking out old glass panes all as spcified as in Repairs

Providing cement concrete type C-1, 1:3:6 ( using 20mm graded stone aggregate), 50 mm thick as in plinth protection laid in bays not exceeding 2 Sqm each and finishing even and fair on top without using extra cement with 6mm wide joints throughout the thickness of plinth protection in concrete bays and in between the walling and plinth protection, filling the joints with mastic filling comprising of one part of heated bitumen 85/25 or 95/10 grade and 3 parts of sand ( all by weight).

Supply and installation of puff water tank insulated cylindrical vertical type double layer duly filled with glass wool with closed top hoisted and resist in temperature -30 degree to +35 degree celcius fixed in position with fittings over PCC plate from complete all as specified 500 litres.
