Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each n.exc 0.5 cum getting out in any type of soil returning, filling in and ramming earth in layers n.exc 25cm, watering and removing surplus soil to a distance n.exc 50m and making good surfaces complete all as specifed and as directed.

&L for Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size with grey cement no pigment, confirming to IS 15658-2006of 60 mm thickness M 35 Grade laid over and incl 25 mm thick sand cushion vibrated , complete all as specified and as directed.

Providing precast cement concrete type B-1 (1:2:4) (using 20mm graded stone aggregates) set in cement mortar 1:4, as in window or door cills, lintels, bressumers, steps, quoin blocks (for use with ma sonry), string courses, copings. kneelers, kerb stone/apex stones, pier caps, columns, posts, boundary pillars, bed plates, pintle blocks, anchorage blocks, bonders (for stone walling). corbels, brackets, etc. (of any section indicated), with plain fair faces, including cham fers, weatherings, throating etc. and setting in mortar complete with joints to match, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20mm graded aggregate as in coping, bed blocks etc complete all as specified and as directed .

M&L for MS work for fencing post and struts made from angle iron and flat iron in any section including cutting tops to shape , drilling holes and notching for fixing of wires etc confirming to Fe -290 or Fe -330, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only chain link MS Zink coating 60gsm as per IS 4826 fencing of any mesh size (as desired) and 4mm dia or wire complete all as specified. NOTE: This item shall be measured and paid as per actual weight or standard weight as per SSR which ever is less.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wire, any mesh, size and any type of standards rails straining bolt etc including provision of binding wire complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Galvanised 2 strand, steel barbed wire, 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, includdigng, securing or tying at crossings with and provisiion of galavnised (Zink coating 60 gsm) mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc as directed each line wire to measured complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F framed work as in doors or gates of approved pattern & design of angle or other section conforming Fe 290 (Gde-E- 165) with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering of doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooking and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (excluding of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing, complete all as specefied and and as directed.

M&L for preparation of new steel & Iron surface of width or girth exceeding 10cm & applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint of 1st quality over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome complete all as spd & directed.

M&L for preparation of old painted steel surfaces of any description over 10cm width or girth & applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint of approved quality, tint to achieve glossy finish, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of new steel & iron surfaces n.exc 10Cm width or girth and apply two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified

M&L for preparation of old painted concrete/plastred surfaces of any description over 10cm width or girth & applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint of approved quality, tint to achieve glossy finish, complete all as specified and as directed.

Cleaning to Drains by taking out Brick Bat, Pebbles, Silts, Muds, Clay, Sludge, grubbing up bushes etc. from the bottom of Drains and Culvert Bed etc and removing the same to outside the Defence land in any vehicles, complete all as specified and as directed.

Cleaning of road side burm/mud hump of any thickness and widh, grass & grubbing up bushes etc upto 50mm below the road level to avoid any damage to water supply/electeic supply/sewage line etc. and removing the same materials to outside the Defence land in any vehicles, complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of 75/100mm dia rain water pipe including all fittings, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F for 110 mm PVC (SWR) Rain water pipes single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to walls, floor etc, complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour 16 to 20mm thick granite work (of any type), machine cut (table rubbed and polished) as in steps jambs, pillars, window cills, cooking platforms, shelves in copboard, hand wash place and like including necessary cutting and grooving to walls and making good including 15mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) screed bed or bedding layer and pointing with cement mortar (1:2) with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite including demolition of existing broken stones/cement mortar etc and removing the debris out of defence land complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing 2mm thick fiber glass reinforced translucent corrugated sheeting with two corrugations side lap, fixed with bolts coach screws and washers with steel framed gate, walls and fencing etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing building materials etc. (other than spoil payable under items 03028 to 03031 in Section-3—Earthwork) to a distance of 100m or under, beyond the lead included in the rates, including loading, unloading and stacking at the destination, complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour welding in repairs of any length & thickness of metal to be welded n. exc. 6mm complete all as specified.

Taking down shutters of any size and re-fixing in the same opening after welding/easing and adjusting and making the door closing properly including re-fixing builder's hardware complete all as specified and as directed.

Fixing only barbed wire (except barbed wire i.e serviceable barbed wire obtained from Srl item No. 14.00) and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. complete all as specified and as directed Note : Each line wire to be measured.
