Removal of excavated soil surplus to the requirement to a distance n.exc 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement of SS304 fire hydrant landing valves, Inlet 80mm & Outlet 65mm, as per IS:5290, Flanged Ends to IS:1538 confirming to IS- 5290, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement foot valve with flanged ends with nut-bolts and rubber gasket suitable for pipe of size 50mm including taking out the unserviceable foot valve from the pipe complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick masonary valve pit of size 900x900x900mm dimensions, one brick thick valve pit of following internal dimension with two nos. of RCC slab cover of suitable size with handle to lift atleast 75mm thick having provision of valve key slot, earth work and PCC in foundation 1:3:6, Type C-2, using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregete, 150 mm thick, PCC in coping on top 1:2:4,Type B-1, using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate, 100mm thick including rendering 15mm thick and two coat of white wash on exposed surfaces on external wall above ground level including demolition of old unserviceable existing one complete all as specified and directed. Note: RCC slab rate are deemed to be inclusive in the quoted rates.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6, type C-2, using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate for foundation of suitable size or as per site requirement including demolition of old PCC foundation complete all as specified and directed. Note: The debris after demolition of PCC should be removed complete and spread to area where directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F steel windows or ventilators, fixed type, with glazing bars, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F galvanised mild steel wire cloth, 0.56 mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.40mm, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for emptying the water from tank followed by Taking down cement plaster/dado on brick wall including racking out joints, hacking for keys scrubbing down with the help of brush or grinder followed by cleaning with water jet/ air blower, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick on fair faces or other than air faces of brick work in CM 1:3 finished even & smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed. Note: WPC shall be measured and paid separately @ 200ml for 50kg cement bag or as per manufacturer's instructions.

M&L for two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer including prepration on steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth or pipeline as required complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cutting of existing pipe line of size 80 mm including insertion of new Tee and connection of 25 to 50 mm dia GI pipe complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cutting of existing pipe line of size 40 mm to 50 mm including insertion of new Tee and connection of 20 to 25 mm dia GI pipe, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F white board of size 0.9x0.6m including marker, writing of working details of plant and machinery of E/M installation made out of white sunmica in front & back and aluminium frame all around with black plastic cover complete with fixing arrangement at wall with 2 hooks, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for making header of MS ERW pipeline 300mm dia 06 RM long having existing incoming of upto 80/100 mm dia with suitable gate valve and water meters and 06 outgoing (02 nos x 80 mm, 02 nos x 50mm, 01 no x 40mm and 01 no x 25 mm dia GI pipe) alongwith gate valve of suitable size ( 03 nos x 80 mm, 02 nos x 50 mm, 01 no x 40 mm and 01 no x 25 mm dia) at their inlet and outlet including welding of flange/ cutting of pipe etc to its connected items including making PCC foundation type B-2, 1:2:4, of suitable size as directed for giving support to header including taking out all types fitting from existing position and take up 0.4M to 0.6 M up from ground level with support foundation of bricks work height up to header and refix the same with all required fittings for making header with 01x Rising main, one direct supply line and minimum six supply line on existing position and making good surface neat and clean around header complete all as specified and directed. Note: (i) Surface dressing, exavation amount etc., are deemed to be included in quoted rate in this and no any extra amount will be paid during taking out and refixing fittings from existing position. (ii) MS pipe, flange fitting and PCC foundation rate are deemed to be included in ithe item quoted rate. (iii) Extra length of pipeline and gate valve other than existing used in making connection shall be measured & paid separately.

Cutting existing road including prmix carpet, WBM, hardcore and including making good road surface as per existing road specification, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair fully retro reflective sign board 1.5 Mtr x 1.2 Mtr board made out of 3 mm thick ACP (aluminum composite panel) sheet framed with 40 mm dia and wall thickness 3.0 mm stainless steel pipe having all sides and entire surface fully bonded with retro reflective sheeting of HIP (High Intesity Prismatc) grade having pressure sensitive adhesive. Borders and messages as indicated cut out. Background in blue and matter in white colour tape having two posts of 50mm dia wall thickness 3.0 mm stainless, steel pipe 4.50 mtr long any shape, size, design as a vertical supports and embedded in ground with PCC 1:2:4, type B-1, using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate of size 450x450x600mm incl necessary excavation and earth work and incl taking down old sign board complete all as specified and as directed. S&F Air release valve size 80 mm (3") body pressure 1.5 MPa color coated surface cast iron body material heavy duty with flanged end at the location and jointing with existing water mains complete all as specified and directed.
