Providing and Fixing of PCC Benches and Tree Guards in various parks in Dhanas, Chandigarh, under WDF

P&F of precast concrete reinforced benches (chair type) with back rest, manufactured by using M-30 grade of concrete & reinforced suitable to prevent damage during handling, transportation, execution & long use. The bench consists of 2 nos. L-shape base support in gray/cement colour of thickness 100 mm, black height 1000 mm & front height 450 mm, base width 620mm and 5 nos. reinforced concrete planks in red colour of size 1500x100mmx50mm and 1 no. Of reinforced concrete plank of size 1500x200x50mm allparts are joined together with galvanised nuts & bolts of suitable size. All bolts are sealed after assemble. Seating length of the Bench-1500mm. Seating height of the Bench-450mm. Seating back height of the Bench-1000mm.

Providing & Fixing of RCC Tree Guards consisting 04 Nos. Panels of size 1800 mm (height) x 620 mm (width) x 25/35mm (thickness) manufactured with M-30 grade of concrete using vibro compaction process using joint less FRP moulds so as to achieve shuttering finish and suitably reinforced to provide long use and to prevent damage during handling, transportation and erection. The rate thus including the cost of fixing in ground in block of 9"x9"x9" with interlocking the panels with the helps of wire in proper shape to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.
