M&L for preparation of old plastered surfaces of wall and applying one coat of cement base paint including scaffolding, trestles, ladders, cradles and necessary safety measures complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of old painted wooden surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old steel surfaces of any description or girth over 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing old plastered surfaces of walls/ceilings and applying one coat of weather proof acrylic exterior paint (100% Acrylic) with spray machine, spray hard to reached area to achieve excellent application using limited manpower including scaffolding, trestles, ladders, cradles and necessary safety measures complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- (i) Weather proof acrylic exterior paint shall be applied machincally by latest machine such as trucare Graco or equivalent having minimum pursue of 3300 PSI.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment and preparartion of old surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement based paint over a coat of cement primer on walls etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls etc including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick (10mm + 5mm) in two coats in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick/ concrete surfaces the surface even and fair, mixing 200 ml of liquid water proofing per bag of 50 Kg cement complete. Note :- Liquid water proofing compound shall be measured & paid seprately under relevant item of this BOQ.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound hydroseal-W+ or eqivalent (for plaster hardening, to contol efflorescence & fungal growth) as approved by GE.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of cement base paint including scaffolding, trestles, ladders, cradles and necessary safety measures complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for complete removal of old plastered surfaces of walls/ceilings and applying one coat of weather proof acrylic exterior paint (100% Acrylic) over one coat of self primer with spray machine, spray hard to reached area to achieve excellent application using limited manpower including scaffolding, trestles, ladders, cradles and necessary safety measures complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- (i) Taking down of existing treatment shall be done with trucare wall sander L01/H-01 or equivalent machine having mechanical vacum mechanisum with not less than 1500RPM. (ii) Weather proof acrylic exterior paint shall be applied machincally by latest machine such as trucare Graco or equivalent having minimum pursue of 3300 PSI.

Obliterating old writing of any description with synthetic enamel paint n.exc 0.10 sqm each to match the existing work complete.

M&L for Writing letters or figures (Block, Roman, Italic or Indian) n.exc 30 Cm high.

Removal of vegitaion plants girth n.exc 5cm from the building and any height incl removal its roots and branch and making good the disturb surface in cm 1:4 completed

S&F in repair 110mm bore PVC (SWR) pipe type 'A' single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to walls incl necessary clamps, Elbow, Tec, bends etc inlc dismantling old pipes

S&F in repair 75mm bore PVC (SWR) pipe type 'A' single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to walls incl necessary clamps, Elbow, Tec, bends etc inlc dismantling old pipes

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition) in any position below or above ground floors, not exceeding 15 cm in depth complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 50mm thick sand stone slab as in chajja /cover slab set and jointed over supports in cm (1:4) inclduing demolation of existing slab, chajja etc.

M&L for Providing, cement concrete M-15 grade (Nominal mix) using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate in coping, coving, roof padding, as directing mixed with liquid water proofing compound

S&F joist, channel, angle or Tree section fixed independently without connection plate etc cut ot ordinary length i.e. within 20mm of length indicated) of Fe 410 Gde E-250 inclduding painting two coats of sunthetic enamel paint over a coat of primer complete.

M&L for cutting, chases, Pinnng in making good to facings where required and pointing in cement mortar 1:3 to ends or edges of landings, seps, cills, sunshades, chajjas, shelves, lintels, etc. inclduding all necessary scaffolindg complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge
