Repairing of cracks, by identifying the cracks and joints, chasing shall be chased open into "U" groove shape. The surface of the groove shall be suitabily prepared as required to apply the mortar. Apply a boand coat of SBR based latest Smart Care Repair Polymer (of make Asian Paints or equivalent brand of other manufacturer) and sealed with shrinkage controlled. Polymer modified, fibre reinforced cementiotious repair mortar fixing PVC nozzle, injection grounting to be done with cement slurry admixed with non-shrink grounting compound Smartcare Multipurpose Polymer at 2.50Kg/bag of cement, complete as all specified and as directed.

Taking down existing un-sreviceable water proofing treatment from roof slab and cleaning the roof by wire brush and removing WPT felt beyond the MOD premises etc. complete all as specified and directed.

(Note : The Scope of Work contained in 'Sch of Credit' amounting to Rs. 81,158.00. The Quoted sum shall be arrived at after deducting the amount of “Sch of Credit” from the total amount of the ‘BoQ’
