Manning and operation of water supply and sewage disposal installation, steam boiler installation at AHRR under GE E/M RR Hospital, Delhi Cantt-10

Manning & Operation for smooth operation of water supply installation, installed at pump house no - 01 in AHRR, comprising of submersible / centrifugal / horizontal / jockey pumps and motors of various type and capacity, DG sets of any capacities, operating panel boards / starters and other connected accessories, water supply control valves, for round the clock operation in two shifts of 08 hrs each in every 24 hrs including Sunday and closed holiday, to providing uninterrupted water supply to main bldg and other connected area, by deploying 01 operator cum valve man (skilled) per person per shift of 8 hrs, complete all as directed.

All as per item No. 01 above but for water supply installation, installed at pump house no - 02 in AHRR complex.

Manning & Operation for smooth operation of sewage installation, installed at MAP pump house in AHRR, comprising of non clog submersible / centrifugal sewage pumps and motors of various type and capacity, operating panel boards / starters and other connected accessories, sewage disposal control valves, for smooth operation in one shift of 08 hrs each in every 24 hrs during day time including Sunday and closed holiday, to ensure removal of sewage coming from various areas, by deploying 01 operator cum valve man (skilled) per person per shift of 8 hrs, complete all as directed.

Note for srl item no 1, 2 & 3: The operator(s) must be ITI qualified enough in operation of various water supply pumps / LT panel boards /DG sets / control valves and other connected accessories to providing uninterrupted water supply to main bldg and other connected area. He must be qualified enough to understand the functions of each branch pipes i.e. supply and delivery pipes, their respective control valves and connected areas. He should be well conversant with the lay out diagram of the water supply and locations of diversions and valves etc.

Manning & operation of steam boiler installation installed in AHRR complex comprising of 03 numbers steam boilers of various type by deploying 01 operator (skilled) per person per shift of 8 hrs, complete all as directed.

Note for srl item no 4:- The operator (s) must have minimum two years of experience in steam boiler operation and other connected accessories for smooth operation in one shift of 08 hrs each in every 24 hrs including Sunday and closed holiday to ensure uninterrupted steam supply to laundry plant. He must be understand the functions of steam boiler.

Note for srl item no 1 to 4 :- (a) rates quoted for wages of operator(s) per person per shift of 8 hours must include ESI, contribution of bonus, EPF, overhead profit and overhead charge, GST, LWC as per existing rule. (b) The rates quoted by the contractor shall not be less than minimum wages as notified by the Govt of India/ State Govt/ Local body whichever is higher including all statuary provisions. (c) Contractor is required to quote up to two digits after decimal place or otherwise it will be considered by rounding off to two digits after decimal place. (d) In case two or more firms quote the same rates, the preference will be given to the firm based on their capability such as Class of contractor, financial soundness and past records of the firms.
