For super structure in Ground floor
Brick work in following Cement Mortar using best quality Fly ash Brick of size 230x110x70mm with class designation of 7.5 conforming to IS 13757-1993 or IS 12894-2002 for foundation and basement including Cost of Mortar Plasticizer, curing, etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. Brickwork shall be done as per IS 2212-1991 adopting English Bond generally. other type of bond shall be done as directed by the Executive Engineer in charge.
For Foundation cm 1:5
Ground floor cm 1:6
Supplying, fabricating and placing in position Mild Steel /Ribbed Tor Steel grills for all RCC works as per design given including cost of steel and G.I. binding wire in all floors etc. complete complying with standard specification. (Contractor has to make his own arrangements for the supply of steel and binding wire)
Up to basement
For ground floor
Brick masonry cement Mortor 1:4 using Chamber Burnt Bricks II Class(Ground Moulded) 9" x 4 3/8" x 2 3/4" including all varivargams, moulds, sthambams, mukapathrams, koodu, nasi and all ornamental brick work complete, all pancharams, agarais, karnakoodus, etc., forming core walls of Rajagopuram/ Vimanams complete including cost and conveyance of all materials including cement, all the labour charges including marking pathies shaping of the bricks, lifting of all the materials to required heights, curing and all extra for working in heights etc., complete 100 cft for vimanam / gopuram. The lime used should be sourced from Pollachi which is highly iron fortified and suitable for structural and masonry works.
In Cement Mortar 1:5 In Ground floor
Providing Vargapoochu over the corewalls of Vimanams /Gopurams, with Cement Mortort 1:4 complete including shaping the mukhapathram, mahanasi, Koodu all ornamentals works to proper shape by embedding broken bricks of shaped/chiseled bricks, rough-plastering with Cement Mortort:1:4 and finishing with final ornamental plastering and nayam theervani including cost and conveyance of all materials, labour therefore, lifting of materials, all working in heights, curing with water etc, complete including all extra for folding and including clearing from the vimanams/gopurams 100sft superficial area. for kalkaram The lime used should be sourced from Pollachi which is highly iron fortified and suitable for structural and masonry works.
Special ceiling plastering and finishing the exposed surface of all RCC items of work such as slabs, beams, sunshades, facia, canopy slab, staircase waist slab, landing slab etc., with Cement Mortar 1:3 (One Cement and Three Plastering Sand) 10mm thick including mortar plasticizer at 200ml per 50Kg of cement used, hacking the surfaces and curing, etc., in all floors complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.
Supplying. Fabricating and fixing of M S GRILL for open court yard grill, grill work to doors, windows and ventilators with required size and angles including with necessary M.S. Channels, 'L'angles, M.S. Plate as per the approved special designed including cost of materials and labour charges for cutting angle, welding charges including cost of welding rod conveyance charges at site of work including cost of one coat of red oxide primer etc., complete and as directed by the departmental officers.
Painting with multicolour (Panchavarnam) good water based exterior emulson paints complete for the Vinamans/Gopurams, including cost and conveyance of all materials, lobour charges including Artist painter, working in heights, lifting of material, cost of brushes etc, complete-which including all extra for foldings-100sft, superficial area.
Painting the wall two coats with approved weather proof Exterior Emulsion paint over one primer coat of over cement plastered wall surface ect., complete complying with standard specification.
Painting new iron works such as steel doors, windows, ventilators, window bars, balustrades etc., with two coats of best approved first quality and colour of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide priming coat in all floors including cost of priming coat etc., complete complying with standard specification. (The make, quality and colour of paint should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on works.)
