CREMATION SHED

Earthwork Excavation in Hard Soil - Earthwork excavating and depositing with in initial lead of 10m and lift of 2m

Collection and supply of M.Sand and filling into the basement including cost and conveyance to the site and all labour charges for filling as per standard specification.

Cement mortar 1:4:8 mix using 40mm ISS metal (Using M-Sand) including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges for mixing, laying, and curing etc complete for 10 cum

CENTERING BELOW GL: Supplying and erecting centering shuttering including necessary supports for plane surface in foundation and basement and in all floors for R C C column footing column plinth beam, beams, roof slabs, staircase steps, bed blocks, critical pier etc using mild steel sheets of size 90 x 60 cm and 10 guage stiffened, welded with mild steel angles of size 25mmx25mmx3mm for boarding laid over silver oak (country wood) scantlings of size 10cm x 6.5cm spaced of about 90cm centre to centre and supported by casurina props of 10cm to 13cm dia spaced at 75cm centre to centre complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by departmental officers including conveyance of all materials to site and proper centering etc complete.

Painting two coats of newly plastered wall surface with ready mixed plastic emulsion paint of first class quality and approved colour over a priming coat including through scrapping, clean removal of dirt and including necessary plaster of pairs putty, wherever required etc complete complying with standard specification

Collection and supply of sand and filling in to the basement including cost and conveyance to the siteand all labour charges for filling as per standard speecifications

Cement Concrete in 1 : 4 : 8 mix using 40 mm metal including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and labour charges etc complete

Brickwork in Cement mortar 1 : 5 mix using country bricks including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and labour charges etc complete.

Supplying and errecting shuttering including necessary support for plane surface in Foundation Basement and Roof slabs strutting upto 3.29 M height for plane surfaces for floors for RCC column footings columns plinth beam and connected with foundations grade beams, raft slabs stair case steps, bed blocks, critical pier, etc beams roof slabs, using mild steelsheets of size 90 x 60 cm and 10 gouge stiffened, welded with steel angles of size 25 mm x 25 mm x 3mm for boarding laid over silver oak (country wood) joists of 10 cm size x 6.5 cms size spaced at about 90 cms center to center and supported causorina props of 10 cm to 13 cms spaced at 75 cms to center to center etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed (SI - 155) for column

Supplying, fabricating and placing in position mild steel or ribbed tor steel and all reinforced cement Concrete works as per the design given including cost of steel and binding wire in all floors etc complete complying with Standard (MS rods or RTS rods) which will be supplied departmentally at section stores and cost will be recovered at issue rate. The binding wire shall be supplied by the Contractor.

R.C.C. 1:1 1/2:3-using 20mm ISS HBGS metal including cost and conveyance of materials and labour charges etc. complete

Plastering with Cement Mortar 1:5 (One cement and Five M.Sand), 12mm thick in all floors including curing etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and painting the walls with two coats of oil bound distemper over one coat of water based cement primer including cost for distemper, primer, cleaning and scrapping the walls, rendering the walls smooth with necessary putty, brushes, scaffolding arrangements, labour charges, etc., as per standard specification. (The colour and shade of the distemper shall be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use of work).

Painting new wood work with two finishing coats of synthetic enamel ready mixed paint of approved quality and colour over one coat priming coat in all floors including the cost of primer etc., complete complying with standard specification. (The make, quality and colour of paint should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on works.)
