Supply and fix mild steel deformed bars or TMT bars 10mm dia and over cut and over to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.
