Dismantling CGI or PGI sheet of any gauge and thickness or any pattern roof covering.

M & L Galvanised, corrugated mild steel sheeting of 0.63mm thick with two corrugation side lap, fixed with L- type or J- type or cranked hook bolts and washers, in roofs, walls etc. with grade of zinc coating 275.

All as per item No 2 above but except sheeting

Galvanised plain mild steel sheeting of thickness 0.63mm grade O with 120 gm/sqm Zinc coating with L or J type or cranked hooks and washers bitumen washer as in ridge etc

All as per item No 4 above but except sheeting

Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm of any colour having tensile strength of 550Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as specified.

S & F 5mm thick PVC sheet fillet of width 35mm for wall paneling inclusive of fixing on to wall to make PVC Frame including PVC fillets & PVC strips complete all as directed.

Dismentling wall and ceiling boards any thickness including cover fillets.

4mm thick non asbestos fibre cement designer board ISI Marked fixed with screw to aluminium frame work in ceiling flat or sloppy as per manufacturer instructions

S&F Anodised aluminium snap grid frame work for false ceiling for size of grid 605 x 605 mm including hangers 6 mm dia GI (up to 1200 mm long) adjusting level fixed to roof complete all as specified

Dismantling framed timber scantling 40 Sq cm and over in section in any position

S&F structural steel work as in roof trusses (framed), trussed, purlins, rafter, crane gantries, rails & fastenings & heavy brackets framing including distance pieces, cleats etc. confirming to Fe 410-W (E-250 grade quality A).

S&F rolled sections as in main and cross beams, hip and jack rafters, purlins where connected to common rafters and running rails and guides for sliding doors, fixed with angle cleats or other connecting plates including bending and welding.

Dismentling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not other wise provided.

S& F mild steel flat iron 40x5 mm for wind tie confirming to Fe 410-0 or Fe 310-o

Dismantling mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for as in wind ties and fixing in same position

Demolition of stone/brick masonary built in cement/cement lime mortar.

M&Lwalling of random rubble stone masonery brought up to course, well bonded,bedded and solidly hearted, built in CM 1:6.
