Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) including removing the rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for machine cut kota stone slab flooring 15-20 mm thick for staircase step(treads/skirting) in single piece(of length not less then 1000 mm) laid over and including 15mm thick (average thickness) cement mortar (1:6)screed and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing (mirror finish) complete ,including provn of two nos 3x3mm grooves at tread of each step complete all specified.

M&L for machine cut kota stone slab flooring 15-20 mm thick over 15mm thick cement screed bed using cement mortar (1:6) laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing(mirror finish) complete all as specified.

M&L for machine cut kota stone riser/skirting 15-20 mm thick over 15mm thick rendering using cement mortar (1:4) laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and beewax polishing complete.

M&L for non skid coloured joint free ceramic tiles 7 to 8mm thick (Square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 Sqm but n. exc. 0.18 Sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry over 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in CM (1:6) as in floor and pointed in whiter or coloured cement to match as in floor complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for glazed ceramic coloured tiles 300X 450 X 7 mm thick as on vertical surfaces of wall such as skirting, dado, riser etc. in Bath, WC and Kitchen set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the surface of tile, including 10mm thick rendering in CM (1:4) approved by Engr-in-Charge, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Powder coated aluminium louvered ventilators of size n exc 0.50 Sqm area with glass louvers, without sash bars of aluminium sections weighing not less than 0.605kg/m for frame of size 40x20x2mm including necessary jointing cleats, glazing cleats, rubber packing , anodised aluminium snap beading,screws, anodised aluminium fittings and 5.5mm thick tinted glass fixed in panels with suitable locking arrangements including taking down of old existing steel ventilator and making good disturbed surface of wall complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Powder coated aluminium window sliding type three track (2 glazed & one gauze shutter ) aluminium sections weighing not less than 1.67kg/m for frame and 0.55 kg/m for shutter including necessary jointing cleats, glazing cleats, rubber packing , screws, handle, locking arrangement and 5.5mm thick plain/tinted glass and aluminium mosquito proof gauge including taking down of old existing steel window and making good disturbed surface of wall complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for mild steel framed work such as grills, gratings, etc.. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 complete all as Specified.

S&F Factory made single extruded WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) solid door/ window/ Ceosetory windows & other Frames/Chowkhat of size 45 x 70 mm comprisin of virgin PVC polymer of K value 58-60 (Suspension Grade), calcium carbonate and natural fibers (wood powder/ rice husk/wheat husk) and non toxic additives (maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms) fabricated with miter joints after applying PVC solvent cement and screwed with full body threaded star headed SS screws having minimum frame density of 750 kg/cum, screw withdrawal strength of 2200 N (Face) & 1100 N (Edge), minimum compressive strength of 58 N/mm2, modules of elasticity 900 N/mm2 and resistance to spread of flame of Class A category with property of being termite/borer proof, water/ moisture proof and fire retardant and fixed in position with MS hold fast/lugs/SS dash fasteners of required dia and length complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. (M.S. hold fast/ lugs or SS dash fasteners shall be paid for separately) all as spd and as directed. Note: For WPC solid door/window frames, minus 5mm tolerance in dimension i.e.depth and width of profile shall be acceptable. Variation in profile dimensions on plus side shall be acceptable but no extra payment on this account shall be made.
