Raising of 12453 Nos of PB Plants and 13440 Nos of NR Plants in Comptt 16N Pattan Nursery and Raising of 22800 Nos of PB Plants and 22800 Nos of NR Plants in Comptt 17N Thalnar Nursery of Nagseni Range of Kishtwar Forest Division Under CAMPA CAT KWAR

(1) Pattan Nursery Comptt. 16/N: Raising of splings in polythene bags (9" x 6"):- Raising of saplings in polythene bags of size (9" x 6") conforming to product code No PB-60/90 with artificial source of irrigation in the nursery. The activity includes cost of all components, including cost of polythene bags, fresh seed, pesticides and well rotten FYM, sand, to be used with good earth in the ratio of 1:2:3. Tractorization (Prep. of standard size of new beds for stacking of filled bags, preparation of side paths, cross paths, drains and water channels. Finally sowing of seed in filled poly bags. The item includes all carriages and cost of material and equipments and 4 months of maintenance of polythene raised bags i.e, watering, weeding and use of pesticides etc.

Raising of NR/FP saplings:- Two times soil working 6” deep in the nursery beds removing of stones, pebbles and breaking of clads. Making of berms and mixing of FYM with soil of beds and leveling of beds complete .Making of berms and side channels for irrigation of nursery transplanting of NR Pricks in the nursery beds at an average spacing 9” x 9” including cost and carriage of pricks, equipments and maintenance for a period of 4 months.
