M&L for Comprehensive maintenance of EOT crane of capacity 5 Ton of every three months period to check the serviceability and make serviceable by identifying the serviceable/unserviceable parts for renewal and change unserviceable parts to make it fully functional at designed RPM & torque reassembling the same position, testing, electrically and mechanically to its load capacity etc. complete. Note:-The spare part required shall be measured & paid separately under respective items ( Make of crane:- Rockwell, Cranex private ltd) (i) LONG TRANSVERSE (LEFT) (a) Gear box oil level check and filling with required oil and rectification of leakages if any. (b) Assembly vibration (c) Break adjustment (d) Long transverse wheel checking for any noise.(e) Geared couplings - grease checking and nut tightening. (f) Checking of Hydraulic oil in thrustor brake.(g) Checking of electric motor connections. (h) To check the cut-off at extreme ends with the limit switch. (ii) LONG TRANSVERSE (RIGHT) (a) Gear box oil level check and filling with required oil and rectification of leakages if any. (b) Assembly vibration (c) Break adjustment (d) Long transverse wheel checking for any noise. (e) Geared couplings - grease checking and nut tightening. (f) Checking of Hydraulic oil in thrustr brake.(g) Checking of electric motor connections. (h) To check the cut-off at extreme ends with the limit switch.

(iii) CROSS TRANSVERSE (a) Gear box oil level check and filling with required oil and rectification of leakages if any. (b) Assembly vibration (c) Break adjustment (d) Cross transverse wheel - checking for any noise. (e) Geared couplings - grease checking and nut tightening. (f) Checking of Hydraulic oil in thrustor brake. (g) Checking of electric motor connections. (h) To check the cut-off at extreme ends with the limit switch. (iv) HOIST MOTION (a) Gear box oil level check and filling with required oil and rectification of leakages if any. (b) Assembly vibration (c) Break adjustment (d) Grease checking for the main bearings of the Rope Drum (e) Geared couplings - grease checking and nut tightening. (f) Checking of Hydraulic oil in thrustor brake. (g) Checking of electric motor connections. (h) Checking wire rope for any damage & greasing. (j) Adjustment of the rotary limit switch. (k) Bearing grease checking of the Hook. (v) ELECTRICAL NETWORK (a) Checking the contractors for overheating or flashing. (b) General checking of contacts and connections. (vi) DOWN SHOP LEAD (a) Checking the alignment and rectification. (b) Cleaning of the moving/sliding objects.

Supply and fix in replacement of 40 Amps, power contactor suitable for 3 phase, 415 volts, 50Hz AC complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of FRLS , 4 core 6 sqmm PVC insulated PVC sheathed multistranded copper conductor cable complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of FRLS , 4 core 4 sqmm PVC insulated PVC sheathed multistranded copper conductor cable complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of FRLS , 12 core 1.5 sqmm PVC insulated PVC sheathed multistranded copper conductor cable complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of PVC cable carrier suitable for carrying the cable size upto 4 core, 6 sqmm copper cable complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of flameproof limit switch for LT/CT motion suitable for 5 Ton Crane complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of flameproof limit switch for LT/CT vertical motion suitable for 5 Ton Crane complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of brake liner of LT and CT motion suitable for 5 Ton capacity EOT crane complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of brake liner of main hoist suitable for 5 Ton capacity EOT crane complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of push button switch spring type in red or green coloured suitable for 5 Ton capacity EOT crane complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of 40 Amps, MCB, triple pole, C curve 10KA complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of 6 to 32 Amps MCB, triple pole, C curve 10KA complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of MCB 6-32 Amps, MCB, SPN, C curve 10KA complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair of push button mushroom head / Hexagonal type (Red or green colours as required at site at the time of execution) complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of floor operated pendant control panel flame proof push button moving with crane and operating at 110 volts duly supported by wire rope complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for carrying out repairs to Flame proof Squirel case induction motor half an hour rated 415 volts 50 cycle per second 3 phase AC flame proof, fan cooled of capacity 1.0 HP Enclosure confirming to protection IP 55 Horizontal Flange Mounted (any other mounting than B3),continuously rated (S1) suitable for operation on 415+/- 10% V,3 Phase 50Hz+/- 5% AC supply with ambient 50ºC,with temperature rise limited to Class "F" insulation with super enameled copper winding wire of appropriate gauge, Bearings for supporting the rotating shaft, Stator core, insulation and varnishing dismantling existing motor from foundation after disconnecting electric connection transporting the same at work shop for repair and back at site after repair, reassembling, commissioning and testing etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for rewinding of Transformer of capacity 250 VA having primary side 0-415 volt and secondary side 0-110 V AC., including dismantling, removing the core coil assembly from transformer remove the weak /unserviceable primary coil assembly rewinding with correct gauge super enamelled copper wire including drying, baking etc complete and remove the secondary coil assembly remove the insulation rewind with same coil and re-insulated. Assembling the primary and secondary coil in core, re-assembling the transformer complete refill with transformer oil, install, test and commissioning complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of Flame proof Switch socket and plug five pin 32 Amps complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs epoxy insulator as per existing size for mounting of bus bar in bus bar chambers with nut bolt washers as required for fixing bus bar complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down old U/S single Phase Preventer from crane panel board including S&F Single Phase Preventer suitable for motor protection of EOT cranes and making all incoming and out going electric connections complete all a specified and directed. Make : Minilac or equivalent.

M&L for taking out contaminated grease from all greaseble parts/ gears by opening care fully of HOT Crane (such as chain pulley, drum shaft, postal bearing & load hook etc) and cleaning of complete assembly with Koil /thinner and M&L for applying/ filling of fresh grease to all parts of HOT cranes capacity up to 5 Ton and reassembling fixing etc complete all as specified and directed. (Fresh grease shall be paid against relevant item of Sch )

Supply and fix in replacement of Brass gears (as per existing gear/ sample) duly casted/fabricated and cutting teeth as requited suitable to accommodate in the cranes Gear Box complete all as specified and directed for the 5 Ton capacities/ sizes of cranes.

Supply and fix in replacement of Tapper Roll Bearing of No of suitable size as per existing gear box bearing complete all as specified and directed Make : SKF/NBC

Supply and fix in replacement of Gear Oil (20W40) suitable for crane gear box complete all as specified and directed. Make : - Servo/ Castro/HP/MAC

Supply only in sealed container packing grease suitable for crane gear box complete all as specified and directed. Make : SKF/CASTROL/BOSCH.

Supply and fix in replacement of Oil seal (as per sample) suitable for crane gear box complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of Coupling and foundation nuts, bolts, washer, hot drawn steel size of bolt will be 75mm length, 16mm dia, or as per existing suitable size of nuts & washers (as per sample) Make : TVS/ VTL complete all as specified and directed

M & L for replacement of U/S plate earthing with bore well earthing by drilling bore with bore machine for poles and other machinery / eqpt using GI pipe heavy duty 50 mm dia as earth electrode driven up to a depth of 50 meters below ground level, duly made holes at 20 cm intervals, along the length of GI pipe and providing the charcoal salt mixture incl GI pipe 150mm dia light grade as protection up nto a depth of 12 meters and GI strip of 32x6 mm so as to acheive desired earth results. Testing and commissioning complete all as specified and directed. (Earth strip of size 30x5mm upto a length of 7.5m is deemed to incl in this item rate).

M&L for fixing of Earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc 32x6 mm galvanised iron strip complete all as specified and directed

M&L for Comprehensive maintenance of Fire fighting System of every month period to check the serviceability and made serviceable by identifying the serviceable/unserviceable spare parts and changing unserviceable parts to make it fully functional at designed RPM & torque reassembling the same position, testing, electrically and mechanically to its load capacity etc. complete all as specified and directed to the entire satisfaction of engineer in charge. (Note:- The required spare parts shall be measured & paid separately under respective item as required) (i) Checking the pumping system and its alignment.. (ii) Checking the bearing of pump & motor sets and the lubrication system. (iii) Check the mounting of pump and motor sets. I(iv) Checking the packings for pumps and valves including foot valves in sump and roof tanks, gate valves, non return valves and globe valves, etc. Replace packing gland by approved non-asbestos type as necessary. (v) Removal of dirt and blockage in sump tanks. (vi) Check necessary adjustment for pumps, motors, switch gears, starters, float switches and all other equipment in connection with the pumping system both in pump room, the storage tanks and at the site of submersible pump and surface mounted pump installation. (vii) Check coupling pins and bushes.

Supply and fix in replacement of Bearing Suitable For 60 HP pump & Motor complete all as specified and directed. Make : SKF/NBC/FAG/NTN.

Supply and fix in replacement of Foot Valve ball type suitable for 100 mm bore complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of Foot Valve ball type suitable for 80 mm bore complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of Non return valve 100 mm bore complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of Sluice valve PN 1.6 size 200 mm bore complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of Wheel valve brass inlet 80mm dia and out let 65 mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of Non percolating Reinforced rubber lined hose pipe of inlet 63mm bore with fixing arrangement for fire hose roll of 30 Mtr length complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of Nozzle for outlet fire hose made of brass of size 65 mm dia complete all as specified and directed. Make : Arihant Fire/MAFCO/Aaag.

Supply and fix in replacement of Sluice valve 80mm dia PN 1.6 brass spindle with hand wheel complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of Pressure Gauge as per Existing size complete all as specified and directed. Make : Hebig/Guru.

M & L for repairing to centrifugal pump set by dismantling the pump opening cleaning, threading the shaft and replacement of warn-out parts like shaft sleeve, bushes, impellers, glands, ball bearing gasket etc assembling, testing and commisioning complete of 60 HP motor complete all as specified and directed. Rate of parts deemed to be inclusive of quoted rates.

M & L for repairing to centrifugal pump set by dismantling the pump opening cleaning, threading the shaft and replacement of warn-out parts like shaft sleeve, bushes, impellers, glands, ball bearing gasket etc assembling, testing and commisioning complete all as specified and directed of 20 HP motor. Rate of parts deemed to be inclusive of quoted rates.

M & L for rewinding of centrifugal pump set motor 20 HP 3 phase 415 volts 50 Hz by dismantling and removing the burnt out copper winding cleaning the slots of stator winding thoroughly and rewinding the stator windings with polyester based copper wire of the same gauge with ‘E’ class of insulation and applying varnish the stator winding and assembling all parts of motor pump commission & testing complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for rewinding of centrifugal pump set motor 60 HP 3 phase 415 volts 50 Hz by dismantling and removing the burnt out copper winding cleaning the slots of stator thoroughly and rewinding the stator with polyester based copper wire of the same gauge with ‘E’ class of insulation and applying varnish, earring the stator winding and assembling all parts of motor pump commission & testing complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 metres wide and not exceeding 1.5 metres in depth for foundation or laying/taking out existing pipe etc and getting out in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in , including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material not exceeding 50 metre and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 metre above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Testing and checking of proper functioning of fire hydrant, wherever found any leakge through out the length of MS pipe which are involved in this fire fighting system mark that place, Taking up or down with connection from trenches, walls, floors etc including removal from site and fix at same position after welding complete all as specified and directed for the following sizes :- Note: Excavation and earthwork etc will be measured and paid separately.

Supply and Laying, connecting, jointing and testing of MS Pipe up to 200mm dia in any length at new location/same location, laid in trenches/ fixed on wall where ever required as per site requirement complete all as specified and directed. Make : Jindal/Tata/Surya Prakash.

Supply, laying & fixing in repair of Suction GI pipe of pump medium grade (ISI marked) of size 80 mm bore with all fittings laid in trenches/fixed on PCC pillars or fixed to walls etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for painting of fire hydrant pipes by scrubbing of old painted surfaces and applying two coat of synthetic enamel of 'Fire Red' colour over one coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed .

M&L in repair for Proper functioning of Programm logic control circuit panel for main pump sets for its automatic operation and maintain the pressure of 6 to 7 Kg/cm2 i.e whenever the pressure reduces in the system, the pump shall automatic start complete all as specified and directed. The stopping of main pump is manual.

M&L for Proper functioning control circuit panel for jockey pump sets for its automatic operation i.e whenever the pressure reduces in the system, the pump shall start automatically and when pressure reaches rated system pressure then it should automatically switched OFF complete all as specified and directed.
