12mm Cement plaster of mix 1 : 6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand).

18mm Cement plaster in two coats under layer 12mm thick cement plaster 1 : 5 (1 cement : 5 coarse sand) finished with a top layer 6mm thick cement plaster 1 : 3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) finished rough with sponge.

Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20 cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m.

Supplying and filling in plinth with fine sand under floors including, watering, ramming, consolidating and dressing complete.

Making of grove 12mm x 10mm between brick and RCC.

Making plinth protection 50mm thick of cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) over 75mm bed of dry brick ballast 40mm nominal size well rammed and consolidated and grouted with fine sand including finishing the top smooth and curing complete.

Brick edging 7cm wide 11.4cm deep to plinth protection with common burnt clay (nonmodular) bricks of class designation 7.5 including grouting with cement mortar 1:4 (1 Cement : 4 fine sand) and curing complete.

Providing and laying integral cement based water proofing treatment including preparation of surfaces as required for treatment of roofs, balconies, terraces etc consisting of following operations.a) Applying a slurry coat of neat cement using 2.75kg/sqm of cement admixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS 2645 and approved by Engineer-in-charge over the RCC Slab including adjoining walls upto 300mm height including cleaning the surface before treatment. b) Laying brick bats with mortar using broken bricks/ Brick Bats 25mm to 115mm size with 50% of Cement mortar 1:5 (1 Cement : 5 coarse sand) admixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS 2645 and approved by Engineer-in-charge over 20mm thick layer of cement mortar of mix 1:5 (1 Cement : 5 coarse sand) admixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS 2645 and approved by Engineerin-charge to required slope and treating similarly the adjoining walls upto 300mm height including rounding of Junctions of walls and slabs) c) After two days of proper curing applying a second coat of cement slurry using 2.75kg/sqm of cement admixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS 2645 and approved by Engineer-in-charge. d) finishing the surface with 20mm thick joint less cement mortar of mix 1:4(1 cement: 4 coarse sand) admixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS 2645 and approved by Engineer-in-charge including laying glass fibre cloth of approved quality in top layer of plaster and finally finishing the surface with trowel with neat cement slurry and making pattern of 300x300mm/sq 3mm deep. e) The whole terrace so finished shall be flooded with water for a minimum period of two weeks for curing and for final test. All above operations to be done in order and as directed and specified by Engineerin-charge. With average thickness of 120mm and minimum thickness at khurra as 65 mm.

Making khurras 45x45 cm with average minimum thickness of 5 cm cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement: 2 coarse sand: 4 graded stone aggregate of 20 mm nominal size) over P.V.C. sheet 1 m x1 m x 400 micron, finished with 12 mm cement plaster 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand) and a coat of neat cement, rounding the edges and making and finishing the outlet complete.

Providing & laying water proofing treatment to vertical and horizontal surfaces of depressed portions of W.C., kitchen & the like consisting of (i) Ist course of applying cement slurry @ 4.4 kg/sqm mixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS 2645 in recommended proportions including rounding off junction of vertical and horizontal surface. (ii) IInd course of 20 mm cement plaster 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand) mixed with water proofing compound in recommended proportion including rounding off junction of vertical and horizontal surface.(iii) IIIrd course of applying blown or residual bitumen applied hot at 1.7 kg. Per sqm of area. (iv) IVth course of 400 micron thick PVC sheet. (Overlaps at joints of PVC sheet should be 100 mm wide and pasted to each other with bitumen @ 1.7 kg/sqm)..

Providing and laying cement concrete in retaining walls, return walls, walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, columns, piers, abutments, pillars, posts,struts, buttresses, string or lacing courses, parapets, coping, bed blocks, anchors blocks, plain window sills, fillets etcupto floor V level, including curing but excluding the cost of centring, shuttering and finishing with 1:5:10 (1 cement : 5 coarse sand : 10 graded brick aggregate 40 mm nominal size).

Providing and laying vitrified floor tiles in Size of tile 600x1200 mm (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS:15622 of approved make, in all colours and shades, laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1cement :4 coarse sand) including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc. complete.

Providing and laying Polished Granite stone flooring in required design and patterns, in linear as well as curvilinear portions of the building all complete as per the architectural drawings with 18 mm thick stone slab over 20 mm (average) thick base of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) laid and jointed with cement slurry and pointing with white cement slurry admixed with pigment of matching shade including rubbing, curing and polishing etc. all complete as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Polished Granite stone slab jet Black, Cherry Red, Elite Brown, Cat Eye or equivalent.

Providing and fixing gang saw cut, mirror polished, premoulded and prepolished, machine cut for kitchen platforms, vanity counters, window sills, facias and similar locations, of required size, approved shade, colour and texture laid over 20 mm thick base cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), joints treated with white cement, mixed with matching pigment, epoxy touch ups, including rubbing, curing, moulding and polishing to edges to give high gloss finish etc. complete at all levels. Granite of any colour or shade.(Area of slab over 0.5 sqm). Rate per sqm 18mm.

Providing edge moulding to 18 mm/16 mm thick marble stone counters, Vanities etc.including machine polishing to edge to give high gloss finish etc. complete as per design approved by Engineer-in-Charge. Granite Work.

Extra for providing opening of required size and shape for wash basin/ kitchen sink in kitchen platform, vanity counters and similar location in marble/granite / stone work including necessary holes for pillar taps etc. including moulding, rubbing and polishing of cut edges etc. complete.

Providing and fixing 1st quality ceramic glazed floor tiles conforming to IS : 15622 (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) of approved make in all colours, shades except burgundy, bottle green, black of any size as approved by Engineer-in-Charge in skirting, risers of steps and dados over 12 mm thick bed of cement Mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand) and jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3kg per sqm including pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade complete.

Providing and fixing Ist quality ceramic glazed wall tiles 600X1200mm conforming to IS : 13753 of minimum thickness 8mm of approved make like or equivalent make in all colour, shades except burgundy, bottle green, black of any size as approved by Engineer in charge over 12mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 (1cement : 3coarse sand) and jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3Kg per sqm including pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade complete.

Providing and fixing hand rail of approved size by welding etc. to steel ladder railing, balcony railing, staircase railing and similar works, including applying priming coat of approved steel primer. M.S. tube.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade. Two or more coats on new work.

Providing, fixing and applying Plaster of Paris (POP) false ceiling consisting of frame work made with 50mm sq M.S. tubes of 18 G thickness as main runner at 600 mm c/c both ways, suspended/ supported with M.S. flats 25x4 mm from existing R.C.C. slab, finished smooth to line and level including necessary supports, scaffolding etc. as required and also including applying a coat of red oxide zinc chromate primer over the M.S. frame work and suspenders complete.Including providing and fixing expanded metal of size 5.25 mm x 1.25 mm thickness welded to main runners and applying POP (calcium sulphate semi hydrate variety) to the expanded metal of thickness not less than 10 mm.

Applying one coat of water thinnable cement primer of approved brand and manufacture on wall surface.

Providing and applying white cement based putty of specified thickness, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete. 2 mm thick.

Finishing walls with Rustic Regular textured exterior paint of required shade on New work (two or more coats applied @ 3.28 liter/10sqm) over and including base coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20kg/10sqm.

Finishing walls with acrylic smooth exterior paint of required shade on New work (Two or more coats applied @ 1.67 liter/10sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20kg/10sqm).

Wall Painting with acrylic emulsion paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade. Two or more coats on new work.

Providing and fixing Fabric vertical /roller blinds as per Design and concept as per direction of Consultant approved.

Providing and fixing high- quality, washable, non-woven or vinyl-coated decorative wallpaper of approved brand, design, and shade, having a minimum GSM of 250. The wallpaper shall be fixed using manufacturer- recommended adgesive, ensuring proper alignment of patterns and joints without visible gaps. The work shall be executed by skilled applicators, complete in all respects as per the directions of the Engineer-in-charge.

Extra for plastering done on moulding cornices or architraves including neat finish to line and level. In two coat.

Providing and supplying Spandrel Glass Panels comprising of 6 mm thick heat strengthened monolithic float glass of approved colour and shade with reflective soft coating on surface # 2 of approved colour and shade so as to match the colour and shade of the IGUs in the vision panels etc. ,all complete for the required performances as specified, as per the Architectural drawings, as per the approved shop drawings, as specified, and as directed by the Engineer- in-Charge. For payment, only the actual area of glass on face # 1 of the glass panels (but excluding the area of grooves and weather silicone sealant) provided and fixed in position, shall be measured in sqm.(Payment for fixing of Spandrel Glass Panels in the curtain glazing is included in cost of relevant Item*). (i) Coloured tinted float glass 6mm thick substrate with reflective soft coating on face # 2, having properties as visible Light transmittance (VLT) of 25 to 35%, Light reflection internal 10 to 15%, light reflection external 10 to20%, shading coefficient (0.25- 0.28) and U value of 3.0 to 3.3 W/m2 degree K etc. The properties of performance glass shall be decided by technical sanctioning authority as per the site requirement.

Providing and laying 60mm thick factory made cement concrete interlocking paver block of M-30 grade made by block making machine with strong vibratory compaction and of approved size and design/shape laid in required colour and pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, filling the joints with coarse sand etc. all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying and stacking of good earth at site including royalty (earth measured in stacks will be reduced by 20% for payment).

Supplying and stacking at site dump manure from approved source including carriage complete (manure measured in stacks will be reduced by 8% for payment). Screened through sieve of I.S. designation 4.75 mm.

Fine dressing of the ground.

Mixing earth and sludge or manure in proportion specified or directed by officer in charge.

Provision for trees at height of 6ft of Green Bottle Palm Tree,

Providing and laying River Bed Material on the road surface by way of spreading the same in uniform layer not exceeding 20cm in depth, watering and compacting with vibratory power road roller of 8-10 Tonne capacity including carriage of material from source to site of work (all leads, lifts complete). The measurement is to be taken of compacted / finished work.

Providing and fixing of charcoal wall panels rectangular in shape made of charcoal and polystyrene proportionately 12mm thick and fire-resistant, waterproof, termite proof, weather resistance, durable material, anti static, and premium quality with an option of colors as per the choice of the Architect/ Engineering- in- charge of size 300 x 2850 or 270 x600 mm providing a minimum sound absorption level of 0.90 NRC. Then 8mm HDMR perforated Board of Gyptech Make should be Screwed to the GI frame with the help of 25 x 6mm metal screw 25mm thick fabric acoustical panel should be pasted on the 8mm HDMR perforated Board with the Help of rubbe base Adhesive of Pidilite or equivalent make as per drawing and design of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing wood work in frames of false ceiling, partitions etc. sawn and fixed in position. Sal wood.

Providing and fixing 20mm thick wooden planks ceiling (frame work for base to be paid for separately) with M.S. screws 2nd class teak wood.

Providing and fixing plain, square edged wooden beading 65x12 mm section with screws of approved quality for ceiling 2nd class teak wood.

French spirit polishing, Two or more coats on new works including a coat of wood filler.

Providing & fixing of white vitreous China Wall Hung water closet (European Type) (KEROVIT CAT NO-KS140 / CERA CAT NO- S1043101) with concealed cistern (KEROVIT CAT NO- KO1051 / CERA CAT NO- B1110104) (with Frame and all acessories) with CISTERN PLATE (KERVOIT CAT NO- KO1052A / CERA CAT NO- B1120109) with CP bolts, nuts, CI chair hanging arrangements, bakelite seat & cover with CP hinges & rubber buffers, CP brass screw, washer with all accessories with WC connector with Rubber Lip / Buffer and side gap filled with silicon sealant wherever required. Including brass / SS screws and washer complete including cutting, making good the walls, floors, slab wherever required as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.
