Laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregate of specified sizes to WBM specifications in uniform thickness, hand picking, rolling with 3 wheeled road / vibratory roller 8-10 tonne capacity in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming requisite type of screening / binding material to fill up interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density (including all leads and lifts carriages of material by MT/HL)

a) With stone screening 13.20mm nominal size.

b) With stone screening 11.20mm nominal size.

20mm thick premix carpet surfacing with 1.8 cum and 0.90 cum of stone chipping of 13.2 mm size and 11.2 mm size respectively per 100 sqm and 52 Kg. & 56 Kg. of Hot Bitumen per cum of stone chippings of 13.2 mm & 11.2 mm size respectively including a tack coat with Hot straight run Bitumen of grade VG10/VG30 and seal coat of premixed fine agg. (passing 2.36 mm & retaining on 180 micron sieve) with Bitumen using 128 Kg.of Bitumen of grade VG10/VG30 per cum of fine agg. and 0.60 cum of fine agg. per 100 sqm of road surface including rolling and finishing cleaning and preparing the existing road surface as per specifications, complete in all respect. Carriage of the following materials by Mechanical Transport from source to site of work incl. loading, unloading and stacking complete :- a) Stone aggregate (Crusher bajree) below 20mm nominal size from Billawar Crusher for an average lead of 13.00 Km. by M.T. b) Stone aggregate 40mm nominal size & above from Billawar crusher for an average lead of 13.00 Km. by M.T. c) Crusher dust for an av. lead of 13.00 km. by M.T. from Billawar crusher.
