Providing and fixing POP false ceiling (Plaster of Paris) works shall be executed as per the approved design and specifications. Ceiling framework to be as per ceiling design / drawing, including circular step adding levels to the ceiling and cornices along the cove as per design. The ceiling shall be formed using GI framework with appropriate suspension system, followed by application of POP over a backing mesh or plasterboard, ensuring a smooth and even surface. Surface preparation shall include proper leveling, joint treatment, and two coats of primer before finishing. All cutouts for electrical fixtures, lighting, and HVAC shall be provided as per coordinated service drawings. Rates shall be inclusive of materials, labour, scaffolding, wastage, and all necessary accessories required to complete the ceiling work in all respects as per direction of E-I-C.
Providing and fixing of U-shaped aluminium shadow/ hat profiles (3m Length, 12mm wide, 20mm height) at the junctions of gypsum ceiling and wall surfaces or at ceiling bends, to create a neat and recessed shadow gap, enhancing the overall aesthetic and articulation of the ceiling design. The shadow profile shall be extruded aluminium of approved make and quality, and as specified in the drawings. The surface finish shall be mill finish, anodized, or powder-coated in black or grey. The profile shall be fixed at the wall-to-ceiling edge or along designed bends during the ceiling execution, using concealed screws or fasteners through the ceiling framework, ensuring a firm and flush fit. The ceiling shall be finished up to the edge of the profile from the ceiling side, maintaining a clean and consistent shadow line throughout the length, as per directions of EIC
Providing and fixing uPVC baffle ceiling system comprising linear uPVC baffle sections of 50 mm x 100 mm size, Centre to Centre panel gap will be 150 mm, suspended from the ceiling using a concealed GI suspension system including main runners, carriers, suspension clips, and all necessary hardware as per the manufacturer’s specifications. The baffles shall be made of high-impact-resistant, fire-retardant uPVC material in approved shade and finish (matte/woodgrain/solid color), UV stabilized, and suitable for indoor applications. The baffles shall be aligned vertically and fixed at a uniform spacing as per drawings and site requirements. The suspension system shall ensure stability, rigidity, and ease of maintenance access. The rate shall include all materials, labor, scaffolding, tools, cutting, wastage, fittings, and installation accessories to complete the work in all respects, as per approved drawings and instructions of the Engineer-in-Charge. NOTE: For the purpose of payment, plan area (length and width) of the ceiling shall be measured.
Providing and fixing PET acoustic panels in a custom louvered design of make ENVIRCO or equivalent, sizing 2420mm x 1220mm x 9mm, fabricated from eco-friendly, recycled polyester material of minimum 9mm, Fire Resistance 25 (A-Grade) by ASTM- E84, Smoke Developed Index 300<450 by ASTM - E84, Composition 100% Polyester Fiber , using GI 44mm x 25mm stud with 1000GSM & 25mm polyster pad then perforated 12mm ply for better perfomence with high sound absorption properties (minimum NRC 0.9 or better). Panels shall be precision-cut into slats or fins and arranged in a vertical or horizontal louver pattern as per drawings, fixed on a suitable GI/MS/aluminium subframe or directly onto plywood backing using recommended adhesive, screws, or interlocking channels. The finish shall be in approved shades and textures, with edges chamfered or grooved as specified. The installation shall be done in proper alignment and level, ensuring seamless joints, acoustic integrity, and visual aesthetics. Rate to include all materials, PET panels, subframe, fixing hardware, adhesives, labour, cutting, shaping, edge finishing, transportation, and installation — complete in all respects as per drawings and instructions of the engineer-in-charge. NOTE: For the purpose of payment, plan area (length and width) of the ceiling shall be measured.
Providing and fixing PET acoustic baffle ceiling system of make ENVIRCO or equivalent made from high-density, fire-retardant, and eco-friendly polyester fibre panels (minimum thickness 9mm) with a Noise Reduction Coefficient (NRC) of 0.75 or higher. Baffles shall be cut to specified size (e.g., 200mm height x 1200mm length with required width or as per design) and factory-finished in approved colours and textures. Each baffle shall be suspended vertically from the ceiling slab or grid using a modular suspension system comprising galvanised steel cables, clips, and powder-coated aluminium tracks or brackets, ensuring secure and level installation. The layout shall follow the architectural pattern with uniform spacing, height alignment, and concealed fixings wherever possible for a seamless look. The installation shall cater to all site conditions, including cutouts for services (HVAC, lighting, etc.). Rate to include all materials, PET panels, subframe, fixing hardware, adhesives, labour, cutting, shaping, edge finishing, transportation, and installation — complete in all respects as per drawings and instructions of the engineer-in-charge. NOTE: For the purpose of payment, net area (length and width) of the panels shall be measured.
Cleaning, Grinding and buffing the existing sandstone surface to restore its original finish, including thorough cleaning of the surface using neutral pH cleaning agents to remove dirt, stains, and deposits. The surface shall be polished using appropriate grade buffing pads or abrasives, either mechanically (buffing machine) or manually where necessary. All care shall be taken to prevent damage to the existing stone surface and surrounding finishes. The finished surface shall exhibit a smooth, uniform, and aesthetically consistent texture while retaining the natural look of sandstone. The rate includes all tools, equipment, consumables, labor, surface protection, and cleaning, complete in all respects as per site condition and directions of the Engineer-in-Charge.

The sill and lintel pieces shall be fixed with cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) over a leveled bed and anchored securely to the masonry or concrete structure using stainless steel cramps or adhesive as per site requirement. All granite edges shall be machine-cut with a 6mm chamfer or pencil edge finish to ensure neat, safe edges. R,Y,B Phase indicating LED lamps with control MCB ON, OFF, TRIP indicating LED lamps with control MCB 01 No. Intelligent multi function digital meter to read V,A,kVA, KW, kVAR, PF, Hz etc with RS485 port communication facility and LED display with required Nos CTs of sutable rating, 15 VA, class 1.0 and control circuit wiring with 2 Amp MCB for controling % THD and individual order Harmonics upto 15th order BUS BAR TPN aluminium extensible type main bus bars of minimum of 100 Amps. capacity with heat shrinkable coloured sleeves and i/c DMC/SMC bus bars supports at required intervals complete for cross section, size supports & their spacing etc. for withstanding fault level of 35kA capacity for 1 sec.
Power Cables Supply & laying testing and commissioning of following sizes of XLPE insulated PVC sheathed FRLSH copper conductor armoured cable of 1.1 KV grade on existing cable tray / surface including saddle, clamps etc. complete as required. tags shall be provided for all cables including cable end termination. a) 4C X 10 Sqmm.(From VRF/VRV panel to VRF/VRV outdoor unit )
Supplying and making end termination with Brass Double compression glands and copper lugs for following size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as required. A) 4C X 10 Sqmm (25mm)

The Inline Fans shall be insulated with polyurethene foam having good sound absorbing & moisture resistance features with birdcsreen louvers at outlet/discharge. The fan & motor assembly shall be low noise & suitable for speed control using a fan regulator.
