Supplying and fixing Teakwood wired chair with arms back rest 420mm (W)x520 (H) seat 470mm (max). The seat and back portion of the chair will be made out of wired and good quality line legged teakwood based with good polish finish etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the Departmental officers.

Supplying and fixing of roller blinds of approved quality and colour inclusive of all accessories as per site condition and cost of all materials and labour charges and as directed by the departmental officers. (The Quality and shade of vertical blinds should be got approved from the EE before use on work.)

Supplying and fixing UPVC (Un-Plasticized Polyvinyl Chloride) Windows of casement type (open) from the profile the size of outer frame 60mm x 58mm and shutter profile are reinforcement with GI/1mm 125GSM and 100% corrosion free, the profiles are multi chambered sections with wall thick of 2mm. The EPDM rubber (black colour) covered with over all the edges of frame and shutter the shutter will be provided with Espag multi power point locks and also it operates as handle. The corners and joints should be welded and cleaned. Radiations free pin headed plain or brown colour glass 4mm thick should be provided to the shutter and it should not allow leakage of water even at most ranging storms and should have key lockable action, security protective hinges, strong locking systems and as per size for arresting noise and energy loss. The connecting mechanism between sash and outer frame that enables opening of the window. The window should be fixed to the wall with 100% packing with screws and silicon packing all round the frames. The window should be got approved from the Executive Engineer before use on work

Providing UPVC (Un-Plasticized Polyvinyl Chloride) Door: Providing and fixing casement doors fabricated from un-plasticized polyvinyl chloride (uPVC) sections. Profiles: The profiles should be three chamber system which provides high insulation properties with outer frame 60mm x 55mm with an outer wall thickness of 2.4mm. The window unit should be designed with all corner joints mitred and fusion welded. Windows should be steel reinforced with 25 x 24 x 25mm steel reinforcement with a thickness of 1mm to have dimensional stability. The sash should be of 60 x 102mm. The mullion should be of 60 x 74mm. The profiles should have co-extruded seals. Hardware: All the hardware like friction stays, handles should be screwed with self tapping screws. The handles, locks should be designed so that they cannot be released from outside. Glazing: The window system should be glazed with 5mm plain float glass / 6mm bison lam Installation: The profiles should be cut to length and welded 45 degrees. The window should be designed such that the water drainage does not pass through the reinforcement chamber. The window system should be fixed directly to the plastered brick wall using self expanding nylon plug and driving ms electroplated screws into plug.

Labour engaged for shifting the furnitures and files for each floor required places etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and fixing of computer table of size 1.80mx0.90m made up of prelaminated partical board with following accessories Table top/ Vertical support legs are to be made of 25mm thick particle board duly postformed edge with flex laminate. size table top - : L 1.80mx0.60m, v3 drawer fixed half height size 400 x 450mm x 450mm.Side table size - L 1050mmx450mmx750mm and the top and leg 25mm thick particle board duly postformed edge with flex laminate. Mobile Pedestal (3 Drawer) made of prelaminated particle board pannels of 18mm thick with matching edge banding and face panels of drawers are to finished with edge band laminate. (Incl. Lock Handles, etc., (Laminate: Merino), Keyboard unit with EBCO Channels: Keyboard tray made of 18mm thick particole board edge band finish with EBCO Channels, Storage Unit: made of 18mm thick prelaminated particle board with duly edge banded with 2mm PVC beeding. Door swing type with lock & Key etc., (cpu trolley M.S power coated) Size: Table top – L 900mmx150mmx1200mm wherever required as directed by the departmental officers. (The colour and quality of panels should be approved by the departmental officers before execution of work)

Painting two coats of old plastered wall surface with ready mixed Interior emulsion paint of first class quality and of approved colour without primer including thorough scrapping, clean removal of dirt, and including necessary plaster of paris putty, wherever required etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Supplying and fixing of partly glazed and partly panelled pre laminated partical board made with following provisions Partition : Partition tile based system (75mmthickx1200mm ht) made of Aluminium extrusions duly powder coated with 40 to 60 microns of required colour choice. The frame is fixed with tiles to the Choice of Pre laminated particle Board in the bottom and Glass panel of 5.50mm thick for bottom panel. Skirting will be provided at the bottom of the partition that can be used to run the cables to a thickness of 100mm. The system is developed to run the cables (power & data) from the bottom to the table top level (universal cabling system) Necessary provision will be given to fix table top with the partition along with vertical supports wherever required as directed by the departmental officers. (The colour and quality of panels should be approved by the departmental officers before execution of work)

Renewing the damaged door shutter and refixing new of partly glazed and partly panelled pre laminated particle board door shutter with frame made with following provisions. outer frame will be made with aluminium powder coated box section of size 2 ½”x2” and door shutter frame will be made with aluminium powder coated box section of size 4 1/2”x1 ½” the bottom portion of the door shutter will be covered with Pre laminated particle Board and Glass panel of 4.00 mm thick for top panel on both side. The glass portion shall be itched to avoid clear visibility in the room. Stainless steel butt hinges 3-Nos are fixed to run the door on the frame, Ball lock system of godrej make will be fixed on the middle portion of the door frame to provide proper security arrangements of the necessary door stopper is also provided bottom of the door shutter. The cost of the door shutter with frame will be inclusive of cost of material, labour charges for fixing in position, power consumption charges and other incidental charges etc., complete (The colour and quality of panels should be approved by the departmental officers before execution of work)

Renewing the damaged wall panelling using 2"x1" Aluminium Channel 2"-0" intervals on both directed and fixing to the existing wall portion and fixing 12mm thick anti termites water proofing plywood using screws etc., and finishing with 1mm thick special texture super matt laminate sheet of approved quality and colour with grooves using fevicol etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers at site of work.

Renewing and refixing the WPC sliding cubpoard shutters with frame including cost of furniture fitting such as handle , single key shutter, godrej lock withkey, etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers at site of work.

Renewing and refixing the aluminium door 1/2 glazed and 1/2 panelled using anodized natural colour matt finish aluminium door with frame made out of 47.62 x 44.45 x 1.18mm for vertical, top, horizontal and middle. Bottom, horizontal made out of frame size 101.60 x 44.45 x 1.20mm and the door panel top 1/2 portion is fixed with 5mm thick plain / glass and bottom half portion fixed with 9mm thick novapan board includng necessary accessories like alumnium clips, rubber beedings, door handle, door closer, furniture fittings, screws etc and also inclusive of labour charges for dismantling the exisitng masonryor RCC works and making holes required with power drill, power consumption charges fixing the door frame and shutter frame in position redoing the dismantled portion to the original condition etc complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers at site of work.
