M & L for dehydrating/centrifuging the transformer oil by means of ultra High vacuum double stage machine to remove impurities from oil such as moistures dirt air and other gases at site of installations in running condition of transformer including testing the oil before & after centrifuging from top & bottom of transformers for dielectric strength ( any type transformer 11KV / 433 volt and 33 KV/11 KV) at various location and improving/achieve di-electic strength to above 45 KV (rms) at 2.5 mm air gap for 1 minut .(Note: (i) Oil filtration will be carried out by two time in same location interwal of six month Job will be measured two time pl,complete all as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.(ii)Oil test values duly recored on letter head & register shall be submitted to Engr-In Charge (iii) Topping up Transformer oil will be measured & paid separetly.(iv) DG set shall be arranged by contractor at his own cost for dehydration machine)

Material and labour for draining out power transformer oil from transformer tank and removing nut /bolts/ washers etc. opening the top cover along with conservator and disconnecting winding connection from 03 Nos of HT bushings,4nos of LT bushings,1no of earth bushing,off load/onload Tap changer ,taking out carefully core assembly with winding with the help of crane at the workshop,checking the compactness of core & tighening the same where required ,Chemical washing of winding to remove dirt,dust & carbon particles,cleaning of oil tank to remove sludge followed by painting of inner surface of tank with zinc chromate base paint,.complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-In-Charge

Material and Labour for power transformer Dismantling the faulty HV winding carefully of transformer upto 1500 KVA,33 KV/11 KV from core and re- winding the HV winding with suitable size/gauge of insulated copper wire and as per OEM specifications & IS: 2026 and standard practice and all as directed,complete all as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Material and labour for re- fixing the core with winding assembly of Transformer 1500 KVA,33 KV in to the oil tank with suitable fixing arrangements and re connecting HV and LV internal connections to HV and LV bushings refixing of core & winding assembly and making connection with HT bushing,replacement of worn out gaskets/nuts bolts & washer including necessary fabrication work ,checking & setting of OTI ,WTI,Buchholz,pressure relief valves & alarm system and all as per manufacturer specifications replacing slica gel breather and fixing top cover with conservator as and re- assembling all parts respect to original position and re- filling of new transformer oil and filer to achieve the BDV Values and testing as per manufacturers specifications and standared practice ,complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-In-Charge (Note: transformer oil will be measured & paid separately.)

Material and labour for transfomer( 11 KV/433V) ,100 to 750 KVA 3 phase capacity opening & draining out oil from transformer tank and opening/dismantling top cover along with conservator and 03 Nos of HT bushings,4nos of LT bushings,1no of earth bushing, disconnecting HV winding connection from bushing stud and LV winding from bushings studs care fully.cleaning /washing of tank ,removing dirt sludge and sticky materials from all parts of transformer including core and cooling fins ,removal of core assembly & its varnishing ,reassembling after replacement of damaged parts of transformers after repairs ,making all connections & load tap changer connections and filling dehydrated transformer oil off load tap changer and other winding connections from top of the core carefully and all as per manufacturer specifications and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge. Material & labour for carring out fault detection of HT underground XLPE electrical cable located inside 25 ED station complex with the help of surge generator pulse,cable route tracer,ECHO cable fault detector with high frequency distance calculator (Fault locating van) of MSEDCL (testing division) or equivalent approved vendor,identifing the the fault carring out necessary and additional exacavation in any type of strata for exposing the cable fault , verification of fault/detoriated portion of the cables & fault confirmation , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : If fault not located by the contractor within specified time a recovery of an amount of Rs 5000/- will be recovered per day.

M & L for Cutting of branches of trees having girth exceeding 5 cm but not exceeding 28 cm in over head conductor span approximate length 30-40 mtr including disposal of unserviceable material to a distance 100 mtr for removing/ cleaning over head ACSR conductor around 3 mtrs,complete all as directed by Engineer-In-Charge. Note : T &P for above mentioned work included in quoted rate.
