Development of Bulk Drug Park at Una Distt. Una (H.P.) SH Formation cutting, c/o internal roads, storm water drains, bridge and boundary fencing PH-I.

Excavation in hilly/plain area in all heights and depths and in all kind of soil by mannual/ mechanical means including saturated soil comprising of ordinary soil, soft rock, hard rock, chieselling, wedging out of rock (where blasting is prohibitted) and their intermediate classification of soil,setting out true to the required lines, grades, width cutting and trimming of side slopes and level as shown in the drawing and as directed by engineer-in-charge at site according to the MORD technical specification clause 1603.1 and sorting of useful materials and stacking the same in all leads and lifts and transportation of un useful material for filling in Industrial area, road ways, camber, embankments for grade improvements and disposal of all un-useful material to required width of the road or on dumping sites as managed by Contractor himself through all modes of transportation including head load or animal transport or mechanical means along with its levelling, fine dressing , Grading with grader, Rolling, watering, Compaction, and carriage of machineries, materials, tools, equipments and safety measures and incidentals necessary to complete the work by mechanical means and or /labour if required. Any loss to the public, private property during the course of execution shall be the absolute responsibility of the contractor which shall have to be duly compensated by him in all cases as per the direction of Engineer- in- charge including carriage of material with in all leads and lifts. The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government. The contractor will have to arrange the safe dumping site for dumping of surplus excavated material on his own in all leads and lifts. Recovery at the rate of Rs. 300/- (Rupees Three Hundred) per cubic metre shall be effected from the bills for the 3% of the quantity actually measured. The rates quoted for excavation are deemed to include the charges for the clearance of jungle, shurbs, bushes, trees etc.

Construction of sub grade and earthen shoulder/camber with approved materials obtained from borrow pits within all leads and lifts,transporting to site,spreading grading to required slope and compacted to meet requirement of table 300.2 as per MORD technical speficiations clause 303.1 including hauling of materials in all leads,lifts and other incidentials or as per the entire satisfaction and directions of Engineer-in-charge.The rate including octroi,royality, Malkana toll tax ,sale tax,GST or other taxes imposed by the Goverment.

Providing and laying of Filter media with granular materials/stone crushed aggregates satisfying the requirements laid down as per MoRTH specifications clause section 1200 & clause 710.1.4 of IRC 78 including rolling watering, laying in uniform layers with paver in drainage layer on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density complete as per drawing and Technical Specification.including hauling of materials in all leads,lifts and other incidentials or as per the entire satisfaction and directions of Engineer-in-charge.The rate including octroi,royality, Malkana toll tax ,sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Goverment.

Construction of granular sub-base by providing well graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with smooth wheel roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per MORD Technical Specification Clause 401.including hauling of materials in all leads,lifts and other incidentials or as per the entire satisfaction and directions of Engineer-in-charge.The rate including all octroi,royality, Malkana toll tax ,sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Goverment.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mixer (Pug Mill), carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers in sub-base/base course on a well prepared sub-base and compacting with smooth wheel roller of 80 to 100kN weight to achieve the desired density including lighting, barricading and maintenance of diversion, etc as per Tables 400.11 & 400.12 and MORTH Technical Specification Clause 406.including hauling of materials in all leads,lifts and other incidentials or as per the entire satisfaction and directions of Engineer-in-charge.The rate including all octroi,royality, Malkana toll tax ,sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Goverment.

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion (SS-1) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70-1.0(zero point seven to one point zero )kilogramme per squaremetre using mechanical means as per MORTH Technical Specification Clause 502.including hauling of materials in all leads,lifts and other incidentials or as per the entire satisfaction and directions of Engineer-in-charge.The rate including all octroi,royality, Malkana toll tax ,sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Goverment.

Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen emulsion (RS-1) using emulsion distributor at the rate of 0.25 to 0.30 (zero point two five to zero point three zero) kilogramme per square metre on the prepared dry and hungry bituminous surface cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per MORTH Technical Specification Clause 503 including hauling of materials in all leads,lifts and other incidentials or as per the entire satisfaction and directions of Engineer-in-charge.The rate including all octroi,royality, Malkana toll tax ,sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Goverment.

Providing and laying dense graded bituminous macadam with 100-120 TPH batch type HMP producing an average output of 75 (Seventy five) tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder at the rate of 4.0 to 4.5 (four point zero to four point five zero) per cent by weight of total mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoRTH specification clause No. 507 complete in all respects including hauling of materials in all leads,lifts and other incidentials or as per the entire satisfaction and directions of Engineer-in-charge.The rate including all octroi,royality, Malkana toll tax ,sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Goverment.

Providing and laying bituminous concrete with 100-120 TPH batch type hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 (seventy five) tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder at the rate of 5.4 to 5.6 ( five point four to five point six ) per cent of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specification clause No. 509 complete in all respects including hauling of materials in all leads,lifts and other incidentials or as per the entire satisfaction and directions of Engineer-in-charge.The rate including all octroi,royality, Malkana toll tax ,sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Goverment.
