Taking down carefully existing unserviceable point wiring with copper/ aluminium conductor cables (light, fan, socket or power) complete including fittings such as switches, ceiling rose, pendants, regulators, sockets but excluding light fittings complete and removing retrieved materials and making good the disturbed surfaces of wall, floor ceiling etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L Point wiring complete with 1100 volts grade single core, PVC insulated FRLS cable with multi-stranded copper conductor of size 1.5 sq mm nominal area, passing through heavy grade PVC casing casing 'N' capping of suitable size, with all necessary fittings on wall/ roof surfaces, duly earthed with one run of single core PVC insulated FRLS cable with multi stranded copper conductor of size 1.5 sqmm for earthing wire connected to common earth dolly including 1.6 mm thick fabricated CI/MS sheet terminal box concealed mounting in the wall for mounting switches,switch socket combination, fan regulators etc.covered with 3mm thick electroplated bakelite sheet top cover for housing switches, sockets, regulators etc. complete for the following all as specified and as directed.

Note :- (i) Rate for any item shall be measured and paid under respective item of schedule . (ii) Essential material like, insulation tape,screws and all tools required for carrying out the works and instruments to the defect fault shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate (iii) The work is of day to day maintenace, Electricians and Helper required for rectification of defects shall be attended daily for carryout the above work. (iv) All emergency nature complaints must be attended and completed within 2 hrs as and when assigned (v) All other complaints to be attended and completed within 24 hrs as and when assigned (vi) Non rectification of complaints/defects in said time shall be penalized @ Rs 300- per complaint and recovery shall be made in the payment due to the contractor.
