Preparing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc., sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc.,

M & L for applying evenly prime/tack coat with Paving bituminous emulsion at 5.00 Kg per 10 Sqm using paving bitumen

Material and labour for premix bituminous macadam using 4% binder content by weight of total mixlaid /rolled and completed to required gradient and camber using paving bitumen any penetration Consolidated thickness 75mm and below.

Material and labour for Bituminous premix asphaltic dense concrete 40mm consolidated thickness with 6% binder content by weight of total mix, rolled and compacted to required camber, gradient complete using paving bitumen. The mixture is to be premixed in central hot mix plant, screening, sorting and spreading with self propelled mechanical paver consolidation with power and vibratory rollers of 80 to 100KN static weight to achieve specified value of compaction.The static roller of 8-12 tonne capacity shall be used for rolling the finished layer to have a uniform surface as per the dirrection of the EIC.

M & L for laying hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5 mm thick including reflecting glass beads of 250Gms per Sq.m area thickness 2.5mm is exclusive of surfaces applied glass beads asper IRC35.The finished surface to be level uniform and free from streaks and holes etc., complete as per the MORTH specification also the width of thermoplastic will be 3" or 4" based on the site conditions as directed by EIC .

Repair to potholes any depth, not exc 1 sq m each including sweeping free from dust and mud, or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths, etc. cutting around edges to at least 25 mm in depth, making good by filling in screened & graded road metal, watering and well ramming (including supply of road metal)

Supply & Fixing of two way acrylic road studs as per guidelines approved by IRC using necessary nailing, drilling, fixing using adhesives etc.as direct to EIC.

M & L for Providing Precast Cement concrete 1:2:4 B1 Type Using 20 mm graded aggregate in solid building Blocks or slabs or kerb 7.5 cm thick (with plain or interlocking joints as directed) setting in 1:4 Cement Mortar, Complete in Walls / Kerbs, etc

M & L for Moorum / red bajri filling in floors or pavings, laid in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, spread, levelled and rammed including watering.
