(c) Supply and fixing temprature gauge ISI marked dial type having range 0-100 °C (d) Water piping from collectors to hot water tank including insulation with 50 mm thick PUF insulation of 40 kg/cum dencity covered with 26 SWG aluminium sheet including air vent pipe complete as per manufacturers instructions. (e) All required valves for inlet/outlet pipes all as per manufacturers instructions. Note : The firm should produce NOC from the Company (not from dealer) if not available the above model. (Drawing will be provided by contractor in prior and will be approved by Engr-in-Charge.) Note: Solar water heater rates include the cost of civil wks,cold and hot water tanks,cold and hot water pipe lines,insulation,electical cabelling etc.
HOT WATER SUPPLY M&L for providing ant freezing /tracer cable required to keep the pipe warm upto avoiding freezing all as specified including electric wiring cable of suitable size for connection all as specified and directed.
Supply and Fixing insulation tubing of size suitable for 50/40/25mm thick outer dia pipe and 13mm thick conductivity of nitrile rubber tubes class”o” plain, complete all as specified and directed. DG SET Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of diesel engine driven genrating set of capacity 82.5 KVA, Silent DG Set Comprising of developing 102 BHP,415 Volts, 50Hz; 0.8 power factor, mounted on common base frame with flexible coupling, 1500 RPM at NTP with silencer pipe protected with asbestos rope independently supported from engine to outside of power house upto 1.00 metre, AVM pads, PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) foundation as per manufacturer's design, cold starting kit, battery start with suitable cables for connecting from DG Set to panel board, Panel complete with relay and switch gears for automatic starting on main failure. The DG set shall be capable of operating in temp range of (-) 35° to (+) 35° C) at an altitude of 3600 mtr above mean sea level (MSL) complete with and including the following:
(A) PRIME MOVER : Diesel engine of suitable capacity coolant cooled type Radiator mounted, closed circuit as per IS system having rated speed 1500 RPM. Engine shall be equipped with all standard fitting as per manufacturer's recommendations and mounted on common base frame with following accessories/fittings:- (i) Fly wheel with housing. (ii) Air Cleaner - Oil bath type (iii) Corrosion resistors. (iv) Fuel filter, Oil filter (v) FIP system including pump injectors, solenold controls, nozzled governors etc. (vi) Oil cooler and oil pumps as applicable. (vii) Radiators fan belt.
(viii) Water pump assembly including thermostat etc. (ix) Silencer with buffers or expansion joints, tail piece duly insulated with asbestos lagging and sufficiently extended to carry exhaust outside the power house building/room. (x) Engine protection device against low lubricant oil pressure, high oil temperature, over speeding of engine. (xi) Battery charging ammeter. (xIi) Ignition key and starting with push button switch. (xiII) Eletronic governor controlling. (xIv) Cold starting kit fitting with engine. (xv) Anti vibration pads of required numbers. (xvi)12 Volts DC electrical starting equipment comprising of the following :- (a) 01 No 12 Volts 180 AH battery of maintenance free including of iron frame as directed at site by Engr-in-Charge. (b) Battery charging altemator with in built regulator. (c) Self Starter 12 V capacity. (d) Battery leads (copper cables) of suitable size with brass thembles and terminals. (B) ALTERNATOR : Alternator rating 100 KVA, 3 Phase, 50 cycles 415 volt, 4 wire supply at NTP 0.8 power factor running @ 1500 RPM, self regulated, mounted on a strong fabricated steel frame suitable for mounting on a permanent foundation to be coupled with above engine. The alternator shall be Relivent IS alongwith self regulated AVR system.
(B) ALTERNATOR : Alternator rating 100 KVA, 3 Phase, 50 cycles 415 volt, 4 wire supply at NTP 0.8 power factor running @ 1500 RPM, self regulated, mounted on a strong fabricated steel frame suitable for mounting on a permanent foundation to be coupled with above engine. The alternator shall be Relivent IS alongwith self regulated AVR system. (C) GENERATOR MONITORING SYSTEM : Comprising of following :- (i) Microprocessor based genset controller for metering, monitoring, governing and protection. (ii) Engine protection for low lubrication oil pressure, high coolant temp (alarm and shutdown). (iii) Alternator protection parameters like under voltage, over current, under frequency, over frequency (alarm and shutdown). (iv) Data logging : Engine hours, control hours, engine start and recent fault codes. (v) Certifications : Certificates to meet the requirements of relevant ISO, CE, CSA and other equivalent.
D) ACOUSTIC ENCLOSURE : Enclosure is free standing floor mounted factory built and moduler in construction to facilitate easy assembly at work site will be drop over housing type. It will consist of acoustically treated panel housed in sheets steel will provide easy access for maintenance, repairs and operation be designed to meet MoEF/CPCB norms. The enclosure is custom built to suit conditions, with the following features. (i) Custom built product for various equipments, which ensure the optimum performance. (ii) Rugged in constuructions maintenance free and modular designs which facilitate easy at site. (iii) 16 SWG (1.6 mm) thick CRCA sheets to be used for enclosure panel to ensure longer life against weathering action. High quality fire retardent acoustic insulation material to be used for maximum sound absorption. Acoustic layers are supported by perforted sheets. (iv) Sheet metal components of the enclouser should undergo various stages of surface treatment prior to painting which leads to be better life of the enclouser against weathering action. (v) Special paint treatment with pure polyester powder/ epoxy to be provided for better weather resistance. (vi) Well designed ventilation system to be provided to pump up the heat in the chamber efficiently. vii) For effective acoustic/ weather sealing a special type weather sealing gaskets, new frame rubber gaskets to be used. (viii) Working space is to be provided around the equipment for easy maintenance/ repairs. (ix) Necessary cut out provision for entry and exit of fuel lines cable to be incorporated in the enclosure as per the requirement. (x) A see through transparent window (glass or acrylic) in front of engine panel to provide for monitering the operation. (xi) Ducting if required, bellows, mechanical hardware like locks, hinges, fasteners etc to be provided.

(xiv) The battery should place inside the enclosure beside DG set on a suitable paltform. (xv) The DG set should be provided with external emergency stop push button. (xvi) The ecoustic enclosure part shall be of powder coated after pre-treatment process. The powder coating shade should be as per manufacturer's design. (E) OTHER FITTINGS & TESTING OF DG SET (i) Battery Charger. Battery charger having electric circuit consiting of triodes, rectifier, capacitors and resistance etc. The battery charger should be able to charge the battery at all the time whenever electric supply given to battery charger through control panel or electric power point. (ii) FUEL TANK. Inbuilt fuel tank Cap for 12 hours running as per standard specifications of manufacturer including oil level indicator etc. of manufacturer. (iii) Rubber matting Chequred of size 2 m x 1 m x 12 mm thick - 02 Nos. Note for item No 1 (i) Derating factor should be considered at the time of DG set testing as per OEM recommendations. (ii) The cost of foundation shall be deemed to be included in rates quoted by the contractor as per manufacturer design. (iii) DHPP for testing purpose shall be supplied by the contractor without any extra cost to Govt. (iv) The contractor shall arrange for artificial load (Water/Electric load) for final testing of DG Set at site and the cost is deemed to be including in above offer. (v)DLP for the period of two years as per manufactures maint schedule and as directed by Engr-in-Charge is deemed to be included in the above offer.
vi) One set of latest Spare part catelogue with price, exploded view of parts and user's manuel are deemed to be included in the offer. (vii) Rate quoted shall deemed to be inclusive of cable and termination from Generator to AMF Panel, with necessary holes to wall including making the distrubed surface good to meet the existing specification all as required at site complete all as specified. (viii) Civil Works : All civil works including PCC platform as per manufacturer design and related to foundations including of panel and Equipments including making food of existing disturbed surfaces during installation and commissioning of genset. (ix) The size of PCC plateform shall be minimum 300mm below and above the ground level.

It will consist of acoustically treated panel housed in sheets steel will provide easy access for maintenance, repairs and operation be designed to meet MoEF/CPCB norms. The enclosure is custom built to suit conditions, with the following features. (i) Custom built product for various equipments, which ensure the optimum performance. (ii) Rugged in constuructions maintenance free and modular designs which facilitate easy at site. (iii) 16 SWG (1.6 mm) thick CRCA sheets to be used for enclosure panel to ensure longer life against weathering action. High quality fire retardent acoustic insulation material to be used for maximum sound absorption. Acoustic layers are supported by perforted sheets. (iv) Sheet metal components of the enclouser should undergo various stages of surface treatment prior to painting which leads to be better life of the enclouser against weathering action. (v) Special paint treatment with pure polyester powder/ epoxy to be provided for better weather resistance. (vi) Well designed ventilation system to be provided to pump up the heat in the chamber efficiently.
(vii) For effective acoustic/ weather sealing a special type weather sealing gaskets, new frame rubber gaskets to be used. (viii) Working space is to be provided around the equipment for easy maintenance/ repairs. (ix) Necessary cut out provision for entry and exit of fuel lines cable to be incorporated in the enclosure as per the requirement. (x) A see through transparent window (glass or acrylic) in front of engine panel to provide for monitering the operation. (xi) Ducting if required, bellows, mechanical hardware like locks, hinges, fasteners etc to be provided. (xii) Deliverables 75 dBA @ 1 mtr at full load under free field conditions. The temp inside the enclosure will be as per manufacturer's recommendations above ambient temp. (xiii) The enclosure should provided with bulk head light fitting for inside illumination. (xiv) The battery should place inside the enclosure beside DG set on a suitable paltform. (xv) The DG set should be provided with external emergency stop push button. (xvi) The ecoustic enclosure part shall be of powder coated after pre-treatment process. The powder coating shade should be as per manufacturer's design. The base frame should be painted with epoxy based black shade. (xvii) Make of enclosure : As per OEM.
(E) OTHER FITTINGS. (i) Battery Charger. Battery charger having electric circuit consiting of triodes, rectifier, capacitors and resistance etc. The battery charger should be able to charge the battery at all the time whenever electric supply given to battery charger through control panel or electric power point. (ii) FUEL TANK. Inbuilt fuel tank Cap for 12 hours running as per standard specifications of manufacturer including oil level indicator etc. of manufacturer. (iii) Rubber matting Chequred of size 2 m x 1 m x 12 mm thick - 02 Nos. Note (i) Derating factor should be considered at the time of DG set testing as per OEM recommendations. (ii) The cost of foundation shall be deemed to be included in rates quoted by the contractor as per manufacturer design. (iii) DHPP for testing purpose shall be supplied by the contractor without any extra cost to Govt. (iv) The contractor shall arrange for artificial load (Water/Electric load) for final testing of DG Set at site and the cost is deemed to be including in above offer. (v) DLP for the period of two years as per manufactures mainr schedule and as directed by Engr-in-Charge is deemed to be includedin the offer. (vi) One set of latest Spare part catelogue with price, exploded view of parts and user's manuel are deemed to be included in the offer. (vii) Rate quoted shall deemed to be inclusive of cable and termination from Generator to AMF Panel, with necessary holes to wall including making the distrubed surface good to meet the existing specification all as required at site complete all as specified. (viii) Civil Works : All civil works including PCC platform as per manufacturer design and related to foundations including of panel and Equipments including making food of existing disturbed surfaces during installation and commissioning of genset. The depth of the foundation shall be minimum 300 mm with antivibration pads or as recommended by the manufacturer's.

(CENTRAL HEATING SYSTEM) Oil Fired Hot Water Generator : Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of Oil Fired Glycol based Hot water generator of cap 3 Lac Kcal/Hr using HSD oil complete with combustion chamber and equipment automatic monoblock burner assembly, fire tubes, control panel with sequence controller, photo cell for flame failure, HT transfer electrodes, blower assembly, electric Panel, mounting frame, pressure gauges at inlet and outlet suitable for operation on 50 Hz, single phase, 230 volts AC supply. The Burner should comply as per ISO or equivalent standard. Inlet temp of fluid should be as per site requirement and maximum outlet temp 90°C. FLUE GAS EXHAUST PIPE: Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of MS Flue Gas Exhaust Pipe as per site condition with header made out of 3 mm thick MS sheet, minimum 1.2 m above the highest point of the plant room and including connection from HOT Water generator to main vertical exhaust pipe fabricated from 3 mm MS sheet to be connected to common exhaust pipe header from 3 mm of suitable Diameter. Supply and fixing of acoustic lining of supply air duct and plenum with 15 mm thick Supply and Application of Acoustic Insulation with Engineered Nitrile Rubber open cell foam with Density 140 - 180 Kg/m3 passing Class 1 Fire Performance test as per BS 476 Part 7, Air Erosion test for 10,000 fpm air velocity as per ASTM C 1071-05 and with built-in antimicrobial protection. The material should pass Fungi Resistance Test as per DIN EN ISO 846 Method A and Bacterial Resistance Test as per DIN EN ISO 846 Method C; to be applied using manufacturer's recommended Rubber based Adhesive in a blend of solvents.
Supplying & fixing of powder coated extruded aluminium Supply Air Grills with aluminium volume control dampers as per specifications.
Supply and fixing of Flexible connection Duct.
