Demolition of stone masonary below ground G.L. upto 1.50 mtr. Depth and disposal of unserviceable material within 20 meteres lead complete in all leads and lifts and as per the direction and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition above ground G.L. upto upto floor two level disposal of unserviceable material within 20 meteres lead and including imparting of & cutting the necessary reinforcement and separating out from RCC/ RB works complete in all leads and lifts and as per the direction and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Cutting in earth work in all classification of earth work such as pick work, jumper work, saturated soil, blasting soft/ hard rock or chiselling soft/ hard rock where blasting is prohibited in all lifts including trimming and dressing of sides levelling of beds to correct grades including shoring, strutting, planking, timbering where ever required, stacking the serviceable/ unserviceable materials/soil separately complete in all respect within all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Excavation in foundation trenches etc.(for pipes & pits upto all depth) in earth work in all classification of earth work such as pick work, jumper work, saturated soil , blasting soft/hard rock or chiselling soft/ hard rock including wedging out of a rock where blasting is prohibited in all lifts including trimming and dressing of sides levelling of beds to correct grades including shoring, strutting, planking, timbering and dewatering where ever required, stacking the serviceable/unserviceable materials/soil separately and after laying and jointing of pipes, returning the usable soil in trenches in 15 CM layers including consolidation of each deposited layers by ramming and watering and then dispositng of all surplus excavated soil, useable materials as directed within all leads/lifts including restoration of metalled surfaces to its original condition and including cost of diversion for traffic night signals, fixing caution boards, crossing over trenches for access to houses fencing etc. complete in all respect within all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:6:12 ( 1 cement : 6 sand : 12 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work in foundation and plinth complete in all respect with in all leads & lifts and as per the direction & to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:5:10 ( 1 cement : 5 sand : 10 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work in foundation and plinth complete in all respect with in all leads & lifts and as per the direction & to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Prov.form work with steel plates 3.15mm thick welded with angle iron frame 30 x 30 x 5mm so as to give a fair finish including centring, shuttering,strutting & propping etc. with wooden battens and ballies, height of propping & centering below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4mtr.& removal of same for insitu rainforced concrete and plain concrete work complete in all leads and lifrs and as per the directioin and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge :-

Vertical surfaces such as walls ( any thickness ) partition and the like including attached pillasters buttresses, plinth and string courses and the like.

Flat surfaces such as soffits & suspended foors, roofs, landing and the like. Floor etc. upto 200mm in thickness.

Edges of slab and breaks in floors & walls ( under 20 cmtr wide)

Providing mild steel / tor steel reinforcement for reinforced cement concrete work including bending, binding and placing in position complete upto floor two level complete in all leads and lifts . Tor Steel.

Providing /Fixing of SFRC / Precast concrete manhole cover and frame, confirming ti IS 12592-2002 560 mm dia complete in all respect as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Stoner filling behind retaining wall as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer -In-Charge.

Laying jointing testing D.I Pipe with Tyton joint ( IS : 8329:2000) of wall thickness 5.00 mm in a random length complete in all respect excluding earth work in trenches in all lead and lifts as per the direction to the entire satisfaction of Engineer in charge)
