Dismantling sanitary fittings like wash basin . W.C. pan Indian and European type, flushing tank etc. including stacking the materials within 50 metres lead.

Dismentaling of wooden floors including stacking of serviceable materilas and disposal of unserviceable materials within 50 metres lead.

Dismentaling of sheet roofing including ridges, Hips, Valleys, Gutters etc. stacking of serviceable materilas and disposal of unserviceable materials within 50 metres lead.(i) A.C.sheet roofing.

Dismentalling of Falce ceiling, disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead.

Disposal of building rubbish / malba / similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means, including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground or as approved by Engineer-in-charge, beyond 50 m initial lead, for all leads including all lifts involved.

SUB HEAD 2 - PREPARATORY WORK-Providing and fixing double scaffolding system (cup lock type) on the exterior side, up to seven storey height made with 40 mm dia. M.S. tube 1.5 m center to center, horizontal & vertical tubes joining with cup & lock system with M.S. tubes, M.S. tube challies, M.S. clamps and M.S. staircase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for the required duration as approved and removing it thereafter. The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners, connection with the building etc. wherever required for inspection of work at required locations with essential safety features for the workmen etc. complete as per directions and approval of Engineer-in-Charge. The elevational area of the scaffolding shall be measured for payment purpose. The payment will be made once irrespective of duration of scaffolding.

Provision for providing and fixing Bamboo scaffolding wherever required for inspection of work at required locations with essential safety features for the workmen etc. complete as per directions and approval of Engineer-in-Charge. Propping and supporting the structural elements and its adjoining areas with tubular steel props (adjustable or as required), bracings, steel runners etc. to relieve the structural member of the required load coming over it as per the pattern given by the contractor - Providing and fixing of tubular Steel prop of up to 4 MT capacity and up to 3 to 5 m heights as per directions of Engineer In Charge

Providing formwork of ordinary timber planking with new plywood so as to give a rough finish including centering shuttering strutting and propping etc. Height of propping and centering below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4m and removal of the same for in situ reinforced concrete and plain concrete work as per directions of Engineer In charge.( Slabs )

Extra for additional height of propping and centering where the height of propping and centering exceeds 4 .0 M between supporting floor to ceiling including temporary brick or stone pillars for supporting as required. (i)Height more than 4.0 M.and upto 5.0 M. (upto 10 ton) and removal of the same for in situ reinforced concrete and plain concrete work as per directions of Engineer In charge.( Slabs )

SUB HEAD 3 - STRUCTURAL REPAIRS-Steel‐rod stitching in cracked stone patties, beam and lintels. Providing and fixing stainless steel rods of 90cms length of which 15cm on either side and cold bending at 90degrees. The stainless steel clamps to be fixed perpendicular to the crack by drilling in stone and fixing with quartz sand (1:3) and araldite mixture in such a way that the entire length of the rod is in complete contact of the stone and the bent ends are fully inserted in the cracked stone. Use 316 grade stainless steel charges per hole. Steel rod charges are counted per kg. Holes with 6mm, 8mm, 10mm or 12mm dia.as per requirement of position as directed by Engineer-in- Charge

Providing antitermite Treatment of soil under existing floors using chemical emulsion @ one liter per hole, 300 mm apart including drilling 12 mm diameter holes and plugging with cement mortar 1 :2 (1 cement : 2 Coarse sand) to match the existing floor: With Chlorpyriphos/Lindane E.C. 20% with 1% concentration

Providing Around periphery of building Diluting and injecting chemical emulsion for POSTCONSTRUCTIONAL anti-termite treatment (excluding the cost of chemical emulsion) : Along external wall where the apron is not provided using chemical emulsion @ 7.5 liters / sqm of the vertical surface of the substructure to a depth of 300mm including excavation channel along the wall & rodding etc. complete: With Chlorpyriphos/ Lindane E.C. 20% with 1% concentration

Providing Treatment at points of contact of wood work by chemical emulsion Chlorpyriphos/ Lindane (in oil or kerosene based solution) @ 0.5 liters per hole by drilling 6 mm dia holes at downward angle of 45 degree at 150 mm center to center and sealing the same as directed by the engineer in charge.

Carrying out wall treatment for termite control including spraying with chemical solution in oil base including labour and material Using Chlorpyriphos 20 ECAs per IS 6313 part - II (1% concentration by mass) is recommended i.e one litre chemical emulsion diluted with 19 liter oil base. Total solution will be 20 liters inclusive of one liter chemical emulsion application at the rate of 7.5 litre chemical / Sqm of surface is recommended as per I.S.

Providing and Laying Damp-proof-course by 150mm groove in existing wall and fixing brittle stone/marble in groovebelow finish floor level as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing & applying a coat of residual petroleum bitumen of grade of VG-10 of approved quality using 1.7kg per square metre on damp proof course after cleaning the surface with brushes and finally with apiece of cloth lightly soaked in kerosene oil.

Reinforcement Cleaning: Cleaning of reinforcement from rust from the reinforcing bars to give it a total rust free steel surface by using alkaline chemical rust remover of approved make with paint brush and removing loose particles after 24 hours of its application with wire brush and thoroughly washing with water and allowing it to dry, all complete as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge

Single Part PMM Treatment: Providing, mixing and applying SBR polymer (of approved make) modified Cement mortar in proportion of 1:4 (1 cement: 4 graded coarse sand with polymer minimum 2% by wt. of cement used) for 50 mm average thickness in 3 layers as per specifications and directions of Engineer-incharge. Measurement and payment: The pre-measurement of thickness shall be done just after the surface preparation is completed and Payment under this item shall be made only after proper wet curing has been done and surface has been satisfactorily evaluated by sounding / tapping with a blunt metal instrument and/or the 75mm size cube crushing strength at the end of 28 days to be not less than 30 N/Sqmm2).

SUB HEAD 4 - CIVIL WORKSProviding & Applying Lime Plaster: Providing & Applying 25mm-35mm lime plaster (Backing coat) on bela stone masonary walls using lime, coarse sand, stone dust and adhesives as per traditional practice, mortar mix of 1:1.5:2:0.5 (1 lime, 1.5 coarse sand, 2 stone dust,0.5 coarse chirodi) and appropriate adhesives i.e. jaggery syrup, methi powder, yellow oxide, geru powder,dolomite (marble powder) etc. as binders, colour pigments, insecticide and fungicide. Applying lime plaster incl. curing, consolidation, finishing complete with all materials, labour, tools and tackels as directed as Engineer- in- Charge

Providing 15mm thick cement plaster in single coat on Rough (Similar)side of single or half brick walls for interior plastering upto floor two level and finished even and smooth in (i) Cement mortar 1 :3 (1-cement:3-sand). (Internal surface)

Extra over item 4.02 for plastering on ceilings and sofits of stairs upto floor two level instead of plastering on walls.

20mm thick sand faced cement plaster on walls upto height 10 metres above ground level consisting of 12mm thick backing coat of C.M. 1:3 (1-cement : 3-sand) and 8mm thick finishing coat of C.M. 1:1 (1-cement : 1-sand) etc. complete.

Providing and fixing eco-friendly light weight calcium silicate false ceiling tiles having Tegular edge & 15 mm Thick Densified edges on the Tile Periphery for Extra Strength The Light weight calcium silicate ceiling tiles shall have . light reflection 85% non-combustible as per B.S. 476 part IV, 100% humidity resistance and also having thermal conductivity0.043° w/m KC.for the best thermal Insulation . Providing, Repair and restoring old BTC door/window shutters of 35 mm thick (external leaf partly panelled & partly glazed) by carefully scraping, replacing, finishing the decayed parts & components such as styles, rails, mullions, sash bars etc as per drawing & design so as to match the existing pattern, size, shape and fixing the same carefully using metal fasteners etc. including all necessary hardware fittings like Parliament Hinges steel 10 cms length with steel pins (door), Brass tower bolt (barrel type) minimum 250x10 mm, Aldrop 20mm. dia Size with necessary fitting Brass minimum 30cms. Providing and applying two or more coat of french polish over internal face of shutters of door, Window and ventilators after making the surface smooth with sandpapering and sealing all cracks, crevices, dent, knot and holes with best quality of waterproof putty to give transparent shade etc complete.

Painting (one or more coats) with black japan paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade.

Providing and fixing the Facia Eaves board on wooden sloping roof in a decorative manner made up 25 mm x 250 mm size of Teak wood including all neccessary fixtures & fastenings and finish with oil based paint and complete as per the drawing and as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing Well seasoned Indian teak wood full length new members like joists, rafters, purlins, etc. including all fixtures and fastenings with one coat of primer etc. complete. Item to include all mouldings and chamfers to be made as per original design indicated by the Architects, Item to include using a larger section of wood to get the mouldings and chamfers as per original design, sample to be shown to the Architect for approval before fixing. Item to also include application of solignum on the wooden surface.

Appliying priming coat over new wood and wood based surface after and including preparing the surface by throughly cleaning oil, grease, dirt and other foreign matter, sand papering and knotting. (B) Ready mixed paint brushing wood primier pink.

Painting two coats (excluding priming coat) on new wood and wood based surface with enamel paint, interior to give an even shade including cleaning the surface of all dirt, dust and other foreign matter sand papering and stopping.

Providing & fixing on roof pressed clay tile (Mangalore tile) of 20 mm nominal thickness and of approved size 250x400x20 mm or approved by EIC location- Morbi Gujarat/equivalent and as per approved pattern on wooden frame work complete (wooden frame work to be paid separately).

Application of High quality Wacker SMK 1311 water base water repellent solvent free silicon coating impregnating on all external wall, Mangalore tile roofing etc. surface. The dilution of water should be done in ratio of 1:14 (1 Wacker : 14 water). The dilution should be applied in 2 coats, wet on wet application to the surface. The application can be made through brush or spray. The application should be done with prior preparation of surface by cleaning o it form residue of any material, dusting it clean for application.

Providing and fixing wooden railing, wooden post, wooden baluster and wooden handrail as per given design by architecture or as per design and drawing, complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge

SUB HEAD 6 - FLOORING WORKS-Brown Kota stone slab flooring over 20 mm (average) thick base laid over and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab, including rubbing and polishing complete with base of cement mortar 1 : 4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand)

Providing and laying Portugese style tiles 600 x 600 flooring and wall skirting for all heights including wastage in required design and patterns, in linear as well as curvilinear portions of building all complete as per artichitectural grawings with over 20mm thick base of cement mortar 1:6 (1-cement : 6-coarse sand) laid over and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of slab including rubbing and polishing etc. complete. as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge. make Nexion, Nitco

Providing, laying and fixing the 14 mm thick engineered wood flooring (Merbau Bright) with 1-2 mm thick foam over floor finish over pcc as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. complete. Make Pergo, Krono, Greenply

Providing and laying Vitrified tiles in floor in different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS:15622, of approved brand & manufacturer, in all colours and shade, laid on 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand) jointing with grey cement slurry @3.3 kg/sqm including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc. The tiles must be cut with the zero chipping diamond cutter only . Laying of tiles will be done with the notch trowel, plier, wedge, clips of required thickness, leveling system and rubber mallet for placing the tiles gently and easily. SUB HEAD 7 - WATERPROOFING WORKS-Removing the existing treatment of waterproofing System (including chemical treatment if required, if any) given on the terraces and reach the sound surface below the present waterproofing system and cleaning the surface to reach the sound surface, remove all loose material with the help of tools and tackles from the surface and as well as from the hair line cracks & wide cracks if any.

Providing and laying integral cement based water proofing treatment including preparation of surface as required for treatment of roofs, balconies, terraces etc consisting of following operations: a) Applying a slurry coat of neat cement using 2.7 kg/sqm of cement admixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS. 2645 and approve by Engineer-in-charge over the RCC slab including adjoining walls up to 300 mm height including cleaning the surface before treatment. b) Laying brick bats with mortar using broken bricks/brick bats 25 mm to 115 mm size with 50% of cement mortar 1:5 (1 cement : 5 coarse sand) admixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS : 2645 and approved by Engineer-in-charge over 20 mm thick layer of cement mortar of mix 1:5 (1 cement :5 coarse sand ) admixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS : 2645 and approved by Engineer-in-charge to required slope and treating similarly the adjoining walls up to 300 mm height including rounding of junctions of walls and slabs. c) After two days of proper curing applying a second coat of cement slurry using 2.75 kg/ sqm of cement admixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS : 2645 and approved by Engineering-charge. d) Finishing the surface with 20 mm thick joint less cement mortar of mix 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand) admixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS : 2645 and approved by Engineering-charge including laying glass fiber cloth of approved quality in top layer of plaster and finally finishing the surface with trowel with neat cement slurry and making pattern of 300x300 mm square 3 mm deep. e) The whole terrace so finished shall be flooded with water for a minimum period of two weeks for curing and for final test. All above operations to be done in order and as directed and specified by the Engineer-in-Charge :With average thickness of 120 mm and minimum thickness at khurra as 65 mm.

Providing and laying broken chine mosaic flooring for terrace using 12 mm to 20 mm broken pieces of glazed tiles to be laid over cement mortar 1:3 to plain or slope and to be tempered to bring mortar creme out upto surface using white cement including rounding off junctions and extending them upto 15 cm along the wall, clearing with water and oxalic acid etc. as directed.

Providing and laying water proofing treatment in sunken portion of WCs, bathroom etc., by applying cement slurry mixed with water proofing cement compound consisting of applying : (a) First layer of slurry of cement @ 0.488 kg/sqm mixed with water proofing cement compound @ 0.253 kg/ sqm. This layer will be allowed to air cure for 4 hours. (b) Second layer of slurry of cement @ 0.242 kg/sqm mixed with water proofing cement compound @ 0.126 kg/sqm. This layer will be allowed to air cure for 4 hours followed with water curing for 48 hours. The rate includes preparation of surface, treatment and sealing of all joints, corners, junctions of pipes and masonry with polymer mixed slurry.
