Repairing/Overhauling of grit removing machine (Door olliver make) No. 2, Repairing of Detritor No. 2, Repairing of electric operated sluice gate situated at 2nd stage sewage diversion point & Painting of all mechanical, electrical and others equipments of pre-treatment plant and Screw Pump house of Konia MPS, Varanasi.
Repairing/Overhauling of grit removing machine No. 2 at Konia MPS, Varanasi.
Dismantling of main driving damaged gearbox , main head cam assembly, rocker arm, hanging assembly, all scrappers including cutting of hex-headed CS bolts, lifting and lowering of allAdismantled assemblies and parts from grit removing channel to ground level and carting upto workshop with loading unloading
Taking out the shaft from gear head pinion, gear and cam, taking out all bushes with help of hydraulic press.
Removing of eccentric cams eccentricity by turning and polishing with separate cam holding arrangement on lathe machine
Cleaning of white metal from CR bearing by heating in open hearth and casting of new white metal on CR bearing with help of special mould pattern and machining, polishing of CR bearing and lapping with all material, labour T&P etc. Complete
Supply & fitting of main gear shaft (95mm×530mm), gear head pinion shaft (60mm×530mm), cam shaft, CR bearing pin (40mm dia.×240mm length), motor base channel, hex-headed special bolt 70mm for hanger assembly rail(4 nos.) etc.
Supply & fitting of gun metal bushes as per size (a) for gear head pinion shaft -- 82mm× 60mm×140mm length (2nos.) and 160mm×60mm×10mm length (2 nos.). (b) for cam shaft -- 180mm×125mm×10mm length , collar size 145mm×125mm×190mm length (2 set) and cam connecting bush for CR bearing 55mm×40mm×170mm length.
Welding, turning, polishing and making key groove in main gear bore
Supply & fitting of double row roller bearing 1313 kc-3 for rocker arm including facing of bearing cap on lathe machine for removal of distortion
Supply & fitting of carbon steel pin for hanger assembly size 62 mm dia.×635mm length (3 nos.), 50mm dia.×310mm length (6nos.), 50mm dia.×205mm length (1no.), 38mm dia.×165mm length (3nos ) .
Supply & fitting of gun metal bushes for hanger assembly size 75×62×280 mm (3nos.), 62×50×205 mm (6 nos.), 45×35×75 mm (3 nos.), 62×50×130 mm (1 no.)
Supply & fitting of carbon steel pin for rocker arm size- 50mm dia.×310mm length (1 no.) and 5mm dia.×205mm length (1no.)
Supply & fitting of gun metal bushes for rocker arm size 62mm×50mm×205mm length (1 no.) and 62mm×50mm×100mm length (1 no.)
Cutting of scrapper assembly (3nos.) from bottom rail portion by ox-acetylene gas cutter, fabrication of new scrapper rail with carbon steel blade in required quantity, supply and welding of new jointing carbon steel (machined hole) plate 8 nos. and straightening of all rail with special pressure arrangement.
Carting of all materials from workshop to site including loading, unloading.
Shifting, lifting, lowering and installation of main drive gearbox, cam assembly, rocker arm, hanging assembly, scrapper assembly etc. and making proper alignment by fitting in all respect and testing on load at site.
Repairing of Detritor No. 2
Supply and fittings of worm alloy steel 8620 as per sample complete with material hardening, grinding etc. complete at konia MPS, Pretreatment plant, Varanasi.
Supply and fittings of worm gear NT89 as per sample with material and necessary with flame hardening complete in all respect at konia MPS.
Supply and fittings new hardened S.S. balls 30mm size 98 Nos and ball path liners Nos. of material magnese steel 5%.
Repairing of load deflector including required material.
Repairing of worm shaft at portion of bushes by welding, straightening and turning polishing with S/F of phosphorous bronze bushes and 7309 ACD bearing 3 Nos.
Repairing of scrapper arm providing material and T&P etc. complete with S/F of replacement of required scrapper.
Repairing of scrapper arm providing material and T&P etc. complete with S/F of replacement of required scrapper.
Repairing of electric operated sluice gate (size 1200 x 1200mm) situated at 2nd stage sewage diversion point of Konia MPS.
Dismantling of electric operated sluice gate motor gear box including, disconnection of electrical connection and keeping aside then dismantling the gear box, taking out all parts of gear box. cleaning of all parts properly then after lifting of gate with special hanging arrangement to temporary operate gate for time to time bypass of sewage.
Carting of worm gear worm shaft with gear box from site to workshop.
Repairing of shaft with the help of welding ,cutting, grinding and polishing at workshop.
Taking out the all bearings from gear box with puller arrangement and welding on worm shaft at bearing and oil seal portion and finishing to the size on lathe machine complete.
Taking out the thread bush of worm gear by pressing arrangement and fabrication of new phosphorous bronze thread bush as per sample and size required and finishing on lathe and shaper machine.
Supply and fitting of side thrust ball bearings No. 7208- 3Nos. and thrust ball bearing No. 51217- 2Nos.
Carting of all repaired parts form workshop to site fitting of all parts and lowering of gate, fitting of all parts of gate including gear box, motor and connections complete and testing.
Painting of all mechanical, electrical and others equipments of pre-treatment plant and Screw Pump house of Konia MPS,
Rubbing with wire brush, sand paper, Kerosine oil etc. properly. Removing the previous paint from the surface to be painted at Konia MPS Ist Stage pre-treatment plant and screw Pump house of all mechanical and electrical equipments, fittings and panels etc. including all materials, labour T&P etc. complete
Painting of all equipments such as grit removing machine- 2 Nos., detritor– 2 Nos. gates- 9 Nos. all panels, all pathway screen, railing & stairs, gear box- 3Nos., motor- 3Nos. etc. at Konia MPS 1st stage pre-treatment plant and screw Pump house with approved high grade synthetic enamel paint (Smoke gray and anticorrosive black and blue enamel paint) in two coats complete including all materials, labour and required T&P for proper completion of works.
