Provision of inset type taxiway light fittings at Srinagar Intl Airport, Srinagar. (SH Replacement of existing elevated type light fittings with inset type light fittings)

Supply of Omini directional LED Inset fitting including of isolating transformer for taxiway and apron edge application surface for use in 6.6 Amp airfield lighting circuit normally supplied from 15W isolating transformer and LED lights complete with gasket, shallow base bottom entry and other accessories as required.

Supply of following size, 5KV grade plug and receptacle of type-1, Class B connector and suitable field attachment with 5 KV grade PVC insulated, PVC sheathed single core copper conductor cable confirming to the relevant IS specification etc. complete as required. a) 1 core X 6 sq.mm.

Supply of 2x2.5sq. mm Two pin AFL secondary lead with accessories complete as required.

Supply & making of male and female secondary connector with accessories complete as required.

Supply of CI isolating transformer housing box, water light, round type, metal container of outside size 330 mm, height 450 mm made of 10 mm thick cast iron moulding all around, except the top surface, which is 15mm cast iron suitable to a receive a light fitting base plate on top and underground housing associated with transformer, power cable and having a clear hole center at the required side center 3" above bottom surface to receive 1 no. of 50 mm die "B" class GI pipe and check nuts. The box should have two SS earth bolts of 10x30 mm tapped inside near the cable entry hole, 4" away form the hole center and having a drain hole at the bottom suitably tapped to receive 15 mm dia "B" class GI pipe and having clear opening of 220 mm at the top surface and 6 nos M 10 tapped hole at top having the hole at top having the hole center 260 mm receive fitting base plate as required. (Double hole).

Supply of following size airfield cable 5KV grade PVC insulated & PVC sheathed standard copper conductor single core Airport lighting cable confirming IS 1554 (Part-2) with up to date amendment as reqd. Confirming to particular specification etc. as reqd. a) 1core x 6sqmm.

Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of LED Guidance Sign Board of various sizes made out of anodized 3 mm corrosive resistant aluminum extrusion frame (thickness of signboard should be less than 45 mm) and Fascia should not be more than 50 mm at all sides of the display. The extrusions frame should be interlocked/bolted with each other creating a sealed unit and 2 mm thick aluminum back cover, 4 mm thick polycarbonate sheet with glare free front face, the letter & symbol should be made by of vinyl and pasted on 4mm thick polycarbonate sheet at the inner side of the sign face with required coloring, 4mm acrylic LGP sheet, suitable arrangement shall be made for water tightness & locking arrangement, including of supporting frangible legs & frame, supply of isolating transformer of suitable size & wattage, required size of esna connector and supply of secondary cable upto transformer housing box and necessary connections with primary cable and required cement concrete foundation (minimum 12 no’s sign boards) etc. and signboard shall be uniformly internally illuminated with LED strip mounted on the top of LGP sheet to achieve illumination level and can operate on series circuit without flickering, complete as required and as specified in ICAO Annex. 14 Vol. I (legends as approved by E-I-C).

Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of Indoor Type Air Cooled Constant Current Regulator (CCR) of Micro Processor Controlled, Thyristor Type suitable for operation on single phase 230V/2-phase 400V AC + PE ± 10%, 50 Hz input AC supply with 5 steps variation of current output (2.8, 3.4, 4.0, 5.2 and 6.6 Amp) and able to communicate with PC or PLC controlled system with digital output ammeter (0-10 Amps), over current, over voltage, open circuit and earth fault protection and earth leakage meter. two stage earth leakage detector, positive back indication equipment’s, hours run counter, LCD display complete as required for the following rating and confirm to specifications enclosed and suitable for operation on the existing Airfield Lighting Control and Monitoring System (ALCMS) with communication, local and remote control and monitoring even and data recording and history keeping etc. complete as required. a) 7.5 KW
