Dislodging/Taken-down/ Pulling out wiring of existing damaged HTPN,& switch board /AC starter Board/Al wiring including mending good damages neatly as per direction of EIC without hampering day to day office work & no power interruption in the entire Library with all necessary arrangements should be provide.These are descripted below. Existing AC starter, Socket- 1no ,Existing 2ft Tube fittings at toilet block- 24nos.,existing damaged Aluminium cable of 4core 25sqmm with 40mtr (from VTPNDB to HTPNDB) and 3 core 4 sqmm Al cable with 40 mtrs ( HTPNDB to Librarian room) at 1st floor as per direction of EIC.

Supplying and fixing 240/415 V MCB Isolator on din rail of existing DBs and necessary connection.a)100A FP (Make-Legrand)

Supplying and fixing double door sheet steel (16SWG), powder coated cable end box for TPN DB horizontal with IP-42/43 protection, on angle iron frame on wall & mending good the damages to original finish with nuts bolts etc incl. provision for earthing attachment. a)6 Way

Supply & Delivery of 1.1 KV grade 4C 35 sqmm XLPE insulated Ar. AL cable (for HTPN DB) make: Havells/Mescab/Glostar/Polycab/RR Kable

Laying of 4C 35 sqmm cable on wall/surface incl. S & F MS saddles with earthing attachment in 2x 10 SWG GI (Hot Dip) Wire, making holes etc. as necy., mendinggood damages and painting.

Laying of 4C 35 sqmm cable as below, after cutting floor/pavement/wall/ and making holes incl., embedding the cable at an average depth as below and mending good the damages to original finish incl. removing the rubbish at an average depth of 75 mm in floor/pavement/ wall etc.

Supplying and fixing compression type gland complete with brass gland, brass ring & rubber ring for dust & moisture-proof entry of XLPE armoured cables as below : a) 4 C X 35 sqmm

Finishing the end of following XLPE/PVC armoured cables by crimping method incl. supplying and fixing solderless socket (Dowels make), tapes, anticorrosive paste & jointing materials. a) 4 C X 35 sqmm

Supplying and fixing of PVC Rigid Conduit 'FR [Precision Make] on wall, ceiling with saddles and other accessories as required and mending good damages to building works of following size: a). 25 mm dia

Making holes on RCC ceiling 125 mm depth having dia of following sizes : 125 mm depth, 25 mm dia

Supplying and Drawing 1.1 KV single core stranded 'FR PVC insulated & unsheathed single core stranded copper wire (Brand approved by EIC) of the following sizes in the prelaid polythene/Rigid pipe and by the prelaid GI fish wire and making necessary. connection as required a) 2x56/0.3 (4 sqmm) + Ix36/0.3 (2.5 sqmm) as ECC

Distribution wiring in 1.1 KV single core stranded 'FR' PVC insulated & unsheathed copper wire (Brand approved by EIC) in 20mm size PVC rigid conduit 'FR' (Precision make) incl. necy. fittings as required. A) 2 x 22/0.3 (1.5 sqmm) + 1 x 22/0.3 (1.5 sqmm) ECC

Supply & fixing of 3 way Ceiling Rose.

Finishing of the PVC insulated wire ends by socketting with pin/ ring type copper sockets and insulated tapes etc., including supplying sockets, tapes. a) 2.5 sqmm

Supply and delivery of Single tube light fittings Philips cat No: TMC502 1xT-LED 22W or aprove make as direction of EIC.

Fixing only single/twin florescent light fitting complete with all accessories Directly on wall/ceiling with HW block and suitable size MS fastener, Ceiling plate, nipples etc. as required

Supply & Delivery of HRC Fuse link cylindrical type HF. A) 63A(make L&T,Cat:SF90159)

Supply & Delivery of Taparia 812 Screw Driver Set

Supply & Delivery of 12W LED Surface mounted Square light fittings. Make:PhilipsSM250/260LED 12S6500PSU WH/Equivalent to Crmpton/Wipro.

Fixing and make connection of above mention light fitings in the place of existing damaged light fittings with all required accessories and necessary fixing arrangement as per direction of EIC.

Supply & Fixing 240 V, 25A Modular type socket, 25 A, Modular type starter (Brand approved by EIC) with 25A Modular switch type DP MCB (C-Curve) and 6 Module GI Modular type switch board with 6 Module top cover plate flushed in wall incl. S&F switch board and cover plate and making necy. connections with PVC Cu wire and earth continuity wire etc.

Supply & Delivery of 6 MFD Capacitor (Tibcon/Universal Make )

S/F 250V, 25A timer controller in SS double door 12 way DB enclosure (LT make cat no. LTSD12N) with S/F following electrical accessories & front door locking arrangement with all connection, earthing attachment on wall as per direction of EIC.
