Providing and laying 80mm thick interlocking paver blocks ISI marked (IS code: 15658:2006) of all shapes and colours in design mix cement M-40 as per IRC:SP:63-2004, over a bed of 30 mm thick fine sand complete in all respects. [HSR 10.159]

First class brick work laid in cement sand mortar 1:4 in foundation & plinth. (HSR 11.4)

First class brick work laid in cement sand mortar 1:4 in 1st storey upto 4 metre above plinth level. (HSR 11.9)

Terracing consisting of 19mm thick heat resistant tiles for roof insulation 300mmx300mm laid on 20mm thick 1:3 cement coarse sand mortar including grouting with neat white cement over average 75mm thick screed of 1:8:16 including two coats of bitumen laid hot at 1.65 Kg per sqm. on top of RCC slab & cleaning of top surface complete. The tiles shall be made of white cement bleneded with fibrous polymer having flextural stress value of >150 kg/Cm2 & thermal conductivity value <0.18 w/m.k. (HSR 13.97)

Base course of floors consisting of 100mm thick cement concrete 1:8:16 and 100mm sand or stone filling (HSR 14.1)

Providing and fixing vitrified tiles of size 600 x 600 mm of approved make in flooring laid in any pattern as specified over base of 20mm thick cement coarse sand mortar 1:3 and jointed with white cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade to tiles. Laying and fixing granite stone in all shades 15mm to 18mm thick in flooring, laid in any patter as specified over base of 20mm thick cement sand mortar 1:3 and jointed with white cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the sahde of granite stone (Excluding the cost of granite stone (HSR 14.96)

12 mm Thick Cement Plaster 1:4 on the rough side of single or half brick wall. (HSR 15.5).

Applying pink primer or aluminum priming coat on wood work including preparation of surface, knotting and stopping etc. (HSR 16.2)

Painting two coats excluding priming coat with synthetic enamel paint in all shades on new wood work or metallic or plastered or concrete surfaces to give an even shade (HSR 16.3)

Providing two coats of exterior acrylic emulsion paint. (Note:- First quality paint of reputed make firm such as Goodlass-Nerolac, Berger, Garware, Jenson, Nicholson, Asian & Shalimar Shall be used as approved by Engineer-in-charge in writing, Drum of paint shall be opened in presence of Engineer-in-charge). Providing and applying two coats white cement based putty over plastered surface and grinding the surface smooth with sand paper to get an even and smooth finish including cost and carriage of all material, labour charges, scaffolding, sundries etc. complete. (Note:- reputed make Putty such as J.K./ Birla shall be used as approved by Engineer-in-charge). (HSR 16.81)

Supplying and fixing glass panes with moulding of commercial hard wood such as hollock, champ, chikrassy and chaplasth etc. (non confiferous timber other than teak, conforming to I.S. Specifiction No. 1003 kiln seasoned (HSR 17.36) (c) 4mm thick (glazing area above 55 sqdm but upto 84 sq.dm of each pane)

Factory manufactured wire gauze door and window shutters of commercial hard wood such as Hollock, Champ, Chikrassy & Chaplash only. (non-coniferous timber other teak conforming to I.S. specification No. 1003, kiln seasoned) with 100 mm wide vertical styles, 150 mm wide lock rail 200 mm wide bottom rail, and wire gauze of 140 G or 120 G designation including cost of iron hinges, screws, chock/cleats, stops nails etc., complete fixed in position (excluding the cost of any fittings, other than specified above, but including labour for fixing the same in position.
