Supply, Loading, Transportation, Unloading at site, installation, Testing and Commissioning of one number XLPE insulated, PVC sheathed armoured 11kV grade power cable , the following sizes direct in ground including excavation, sand cushioning, protective covering, with two sides with chamber burnt/cement brick & top PCC slab, RCC route marker and refilling the trench etc as required. (Refer Sec VI, Clause No.10.6).

Supply and installation of following sizes of HDPE Pipes Direct in Ground.

Supply and installation of PLB 40/33mm HDPE Ducts including excavation for routing of Power /Telephone Cables as per the detailed specification.(Refer Sec VI, Clause No.4.1 & 4.2).

Supply and installation of 40/33mm HDPE Ducts in Built in trench for routing of Power /Telephone Cables as per the detailed specification.

Supply and installation of following sizes of PLB HDPE pipes in Built-in -trench as per detailed specification. (Refer Sec VI, Clause No.4.1 & 4.3).

Supply and installation of HDPE pipe across the Road

Supply and installation of 6mtr length DWC HDPE pipes, 315 mm OD / 271 mm ID with Coupler as required including cutting for crossing of existing road and excavation at a depth of 1200mm in all types of soil, backfilling, normalisation of road etc complete as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 6mtr will be measured as 1No. (Refer Sec VI, Clause No.8.3

Supply and installation of 5mtr length HDPE pipes,250 mm OD, 6 Kg/cm2 as required including excavation at a depth of 1200 mm in all types of soil, backfilling complete as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 5mtr pipe will be measured as 1No.

Supply and Installation of 12-core Single Mode armoured Multi loose tube metal free OFC cable [9/125µm] with orange colour outer sheath through HDPE pipe as per detailed specification. (Refer Section V part F for supply and Refer Sec VI, Clause No.4.5 for installation, Testing and Commissioning)

Retrieval of the existing one number PVC/HRPVC/XLPE insulated, PVC sheathed armoured power cable of grade exceeding 1.1 KV but not exceeding 11kV grade, following sizes laid direct in ground including Removal of end termination, excavation of trenches, retrieving of bricks, slabs and back filling as per the detailed specification. (Refer Sec VI, Clause No.5)

3 Core Above 240 & Upto 400 sqmm

Retrieval of the already laid one number 11kV (E), 3 Core, Aluminium Conductor , XLPE insulated Power cables of following sizes in built-in trenches, on walls, poles and from embedded pipes including removal of end termination GI spacer, clamps etc as per the detailed specification. (Refer Sec VI, Clause No.5)

3 Core Above 240 & Upto 400 Sqmm

Supply and Installation of MS Brackets, Supports, Frame work, Clamps, Base Channels, etc. fabricated out of angle / Channel / Rods etc. The rate quoted shall include the cost of fabrication / welding, cleaning and painting/ galvanising as follows including supply of required, fasteners, nuts, washers, etc.(Refer Sec VI, Clause No.11).

MS fabrication 1 coat primer & 2 coats synthetic enamel paint

GI: MS fabrication With hot dipped galvanising.

Supply and painting One coat on metallic surfaces of electrical equipment and other required surface at all levels with primer and following paint (Asian or approved brand, colour and manufacturer) to give an even shade including preparation of the surfaces, scaffolding complete all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. (Refer Sec VI (MNC), Clause No.3).

Synthetic enamel Paint

Clearing light jungle area, bulb weeds, grass including removal all unwanted plants, branches, twigs, wild growth etc.complete, and disposing the same 100 meters away manually or burning them without disturbing other areas etc., complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Contractor must inform the Engineer-in-charge and prior permission shall be obtained from him for burning the wild growth. (Refer Sec VI (MNC), Clause No.7.3).

Excavation of soil including refilling with excavated earth and disposing surplus earth at places as directed with in a lead of 10 Mtrs. and initial lift upto 1.5 Mtrs. including neat banking as per detailed specification. (Refer Sec VI, Clause No.2)
