Providing and fixing scaffolding system on the exterior side, up to five story height made with Bamboo centre to centre horizontal & vertical joining with coir rope and also providing working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for the required duration as approved and removing it there after .The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners, connection with the building etc wherever required for inspection of work at required locations with essential safety features for the workmen etc. complete as per directions and approval of Engineer-in-charge .The elevational area of the scaffolding shall be measured for payment purpose .The payment will be made once irrespective of duration of scaffolding.

Supplying, fitting and fixing boiling water resistant ply conforming to IS: 303-1989 bonded with phenol formaldehyde synthetic resin of approved make and brand fitted and fixed as per design as per approval and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.[excluding the cost of supporting frame work and teak wood batten / Lipping] In Ground Floor (ii) 6mm

Providing and fixing Nylon safety net of approved quality, colour & design having approx. 2mm thick twisted type double chord & 25mm mesh / opening on scaffolding face upto 30 metre height, including stitching the pieces of safety net to form a continuous piece upto full height and fixing with 12mm dia multistrand Nylon rope both vertically and horizontally. Over the said safty net provide polythene tripol of approved thickness. The safety net and tripol are to be fixed at top, bottom and at intermediate levels by tying ropes to MS hooks on wall surface or on existing tubular scaffolding system not exceeding 4m C/C along periphery and to make proper arrangement to arrest falling debris, CC lumps & tiles etc., all complete as per direction of Engineer- in- Charge

Demolishing cement concrete manually/ by mechanical means including disposal of unserviceable material within premises at a suitable stacking location at ground level inside campus including all lead & lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-charge without disturbing the other structural elements. : 1:3:6 or richer mixhooks on wall surface or on existing tubular scaffolding system not exceeding 4m C/C along periphery and to make proper arrangement to arrest falling debris, CC lumps & tiles etc., all complete as per direction of Engineer- in- Charge

Demolishing RCC work i/c pardis & wall manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of steel bars and disposal of unserviceable material within premises at a suitable stacking location at ground level inside campus including all lead & lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-charge without disturbing the other structural elements such as column, beams & slab.

Extra for cutting reinforcement bars by manual /mechanical means in RCC/RB work as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. Cross-sectional area of RCC/RB work will be measured for payment purpose.

Dismantling old plaster or skirting raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 metres lead.

Demolishing brick work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metreslead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling doors, windows and clerestory windows (steel or wood) shutter including chowkhats, architrave, holdfasts etc. complete and stacking within premises at a suitable stacking location at ground level including all leads & lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.: a). Of area 3 sq. metres and below

Dismantling C.I. or asbestos rain water pipe / P.V.C rain water pipes with fittings and clamps including stacking the material inside campus at ground level upto all leads at pre-decided dumping location as per direction of Engineer-in-charge:.75 to 80 mm dia pipe.

Dismantling C.I. or asbestos rain water pipe / P.V.C rain water pipes with fittings and clamps including stacking the material inside campus at ground level upto all leads at pre-decided dumping location as per direction of Engineer-in-charge:.100 mm to 150 mm dia pipe

Dismantling G.I pipes (external work) including excavation and refilling trenches after taking out the pipes, manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of pipes inside campus at ground level upto all leads at pre-decided dumping location as per direction of Engineer-in-charge:15 mm to 40 mm nominal bore

Disposal of all debris, building rubbish, vegetation collected from building by way of dismantling or else at the stacking location at ground to the approved municipal dumping ground upto all leads through mechanical transport as per Municipal bye-laws including loading and unloading etc. complete.

Cleaning the concrete surface by removing dirt and debris, marking defective locations and removing loose concrete by careful stripping until hard surface is exoposed , cutting the concrete to regular shape, wire brushing and washing the same with water, all complete as per direction of engineer.

Cleaning the exposed reinforcement preferably upto full diameter by wire brush, applying two coats of polymer based rust removing compound left for 24 hours, removing the coating and then applying two (2) coats of polymer modified anti corrosive protective coating formulated to inhibit the corrosion of reinforcement as per manufacturer's specification] [Mode of measurement:The affected surface area of reinforcement shall be considered for payment]

Applying epoxy based reactive joining agent for joining the old concrete with fresh concrete to be applied within manufacturer's specified time as per manufacturers specification. (0.4 Kg / m² of concrete surface).Note: Applicable only when the full diameter of reinforcement steel is exposed

Applying 2 coats of bonding agent with synthetic multi functional rubber emulsion having adhesive and water proofing properties by mixing with water in proportion (1 bonding agent: 4 water: 6 cement) as per Manufacturer's specification

Providing and inserting nipples with approved fixing compound after drilling holes for grouting as per Technical specifications including subsequent cutting/removal and sealing of the hole as necessary of nipples after completion of grouting with Cement/Epoxy.

Sealing of crack / porous concrete with Epoxy Grout by injection through nipples complete as per clause 2803.1.

Providing and pouring cementitious micro-concrete of approved make like FOSROC [Renderoc RG], PIDILITE, SIKA or equivalent for getting high early strength matching with the existing concrete in stages not more than 0.60 m in length per casting including proper surface preparation, all complete as per manufacturer's specifications.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level :1:1½:3 (1 Cement: 1½ coarse sand (zone-III) : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size).

Additional charges for careful and slow dismantling of plaster, damaged concrete and removing of rubbish slowly to avoid free fall from long height and in stages. etc. all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge (Payment will be made on the vertical surface area of the building)..

Providing corrugated G.S. sheet roofing including vertical / curved surface fixed with polymer coated J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8 mm diameter with bitumen and G.I. limpet washers or with G.I. limpet washers filled with white lead, including a coat of approved steel primer and two coats of approved paint on overlapping of sheets complete (up to any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces), excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required. 1.00 mm thick with zinc coating not less than 275 gm/m²
