Cleaning of underground sewage line of any type and size upto and including 200mm dia upto manholes upto 3m depth all in working and running condition involving removal of blockages of any kind in man holes or sewage lines by means of mechanical rodding with vibration / drilling concept ie trolley mounted motorized sewer cleaning machine including desludging / descaling and dechoking of line wherever required, flushing the entire stretch with combined high pressure water jetting cum suction (vaccume) type machine suitable fabricated on HCV having facilities of hydraulic application through high pressure thermoplastic, making the stretch clean, functional and removal / deposition of sludge inclusive of solids of any type & sludge water to a distance exceeding 1.5KM but not exc 5KM and covering the entire sludge and solids with local earth complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rewinding 3 phase, 415 volt electric motor cap-05 HP of non clog submersible pumps, Make : Aqua, model ANS, after dismantling the stator and rotor, removing burnt windings, cleaning the slots, rewinding the motor with super enamelled quality hermatic grade copper winding wire of proper gauge and number of turns as per the existing windings including Class 'F' insulation, Dr. Back Elmo-50 Varnish, pre-heating to remove moisture and vaccum pressure impregnated for air bubble free varnishing with slot liners and seperators, fibre - glass sleeves, baking to 150° C for 12 hrs in special baking oven to suit the motor for IP-68 protection of the 05 HP motor, reassembling fixing in position and testing complete all as specified and directed. (Renewal of defective parts as supply only and dewatering will be paid separately under respective item of Sch 'A' / BOQ) Note : Contractor has to make arrengement for pumping of sewage effuents from sump well as long as pump remains under repair / rewinding by fitting his own pump including other T&P etc, all T&P will be brought by contractor nothing shall be issued by department.

Taking out by raising/lowering of non clog submersible pump set (Make-KIRLOSKAR) of following capacity and model - NS type, AC 50 c/s. 3 phase, 415V with help of chain pully block from sewage sump well of central sewage system(CSS) after disconnecting electric and sewage coupling connections, dismantling pump and motor and carrying out repairs / replecement of defective parts, cleaning of impeller and volute casing, clogged discharge line. Reassembling the pump set and reinstallation in position by lowering into sewage sump connecting up complete and testing all running parameters all as directed. Note : 1. Renewal of defective parts will be paid as supply only saperately under respective items of this Sch 'A' / BOQ. 2. contractor has to make arrngement for pumping of sewage effluents from sump well as long as pump remains under repair/rewinding by fitting his own pump including other T&P etc. All requisit T&P will be brought by contractor nothing shall be issued by department.

Rewinding the electric motor of NS type non clog submersible sewage pump 3 phase, 415V, Cap 40 HP (Make : Kirloskar), after dismantling the stator and rotor, removing burnt windings, cleaning the slots, stampings, and rewinding with super enamelled quality hermatic grade copper winding wire of proper gauge and number of turns as per the existing windings, including numex paper, glass paper, thimble, glass sleeve, main lead, backtoll, Varnishing and drying in oven, including fitment of thermostat protection relay, painting including required nut bolts (stainless steel) reassembling and air testing to ensure leak tightness of the joints. Note : 1. Contractor has to make arrngement for pumping of sewage effluents from sump well as long as pump remains under repair / rewinding by fitting his own pump including other T&P etc all T&P will be brought by contractor nothing shall be issued by dept. 2. Renewal of defective parts will be paid as supply only separately under respective item of Sch 'A' / BOQ.
