The Railway reserves the right to place entire or bulk quantity orders on the firms who have successfully executed the supply of tendered/Similar item to any Railways/PSUs within preceding 3 years . The participating firms to enclose Receipt Note/Inspection Certificate/CRN/CRAC to substantiate their claims along with the offer. The bids/offers received without above performance document will be rejected.

The participating tenderers are advised to certify complaince to all Annexures, Technical Documents, and Specifications enclosed in the tender document without fail for the purpose of technical qualification as part of their bid, ensuring that each document is properly signed and authenticated. the offers recived without complaince to the enclosed tender documents will not be considered.
