Taking up / down existing defective cable/ ACSR conductor of sizes 2/4 core 1.5 to 10 Sqmm from the trenches / ducts / along walls / poles / through poles / under roads / inside sub station including relaying in same or different position / location complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in replacement street light bracket fabricated from 40mm dia medium grade GI pipe bent to shape not exceeding 1.5m long alongwith 02 Nos flat iron clamps of size 25 x 4mm flat iron including nuts, bolts and washers suitable for fixing on poles including applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer on steel surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in replacement of clamps suitable for fixing street light on pole fabricated from 32mm x 6mm flat iron including nuts, bolts and washers suitable for fixing on poles including applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer on steel surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in replacement of 20mm dia rigid non metalic, PVC conduit inclusive of all tee, bends, reducers, bell mouth tube ends and fixing accessories such as couplers, lock nuts, saddles, pipe hooks etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in replacement of street light terminal boxes made out with SMC material, shock & dust proof of inside size 170 x 210 x 100mm as per IS and including 100Amp, TPN busbar fixed on insulators, 01 No 10Amp, SP MCB, earth termination with nuts & bolts and including 02 sets of flat iron 25 x 6mm clamps of suitable size with nuts, bolts and washers including two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of primer on exposed steel surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and laying of DWC pipe, ISI marked in trenches or in cable ducts or fixed on walls using clamps along with all accessories like socket, bend, couplers etc. conforming to IS 14930, Part-II complete with fitting cutting, jointing etc. of size 50 mm outer dia complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply, laying, jointing and testing XLPE Cable insulated, armoured, earthed, heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor, 1100 Volt grade, cross sectional area 10 sqmm 2 core including necessary cable lugs, glands, insulation tape etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in replacement of of 1.5 sqmm 3 core PVC insulated flexible copper conductor wire from street light to terminal box drawn through MS pipe / PVC conduit or as indicated in other locations complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 M in wide and not exc. 1.5m depth for taking out or laying of under ground cable in soft / loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning filling in including spearding levelling watering and well ramming in layers, not exceeding 25 cm thick in soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50m and deposited at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified.

Supply and fixing miniature circuit breaker (MCB) SP 6 to 32 Amps rating 240V, 10KA 'C' curve complete with connection testing and commissioning including channel and fittings.

Supply and fix in replacement of street light control panel, factory fabricated (CPRI type tested) with MCB TPN 63A-01 No, contractor TP 65A-01 No, astronomical timer street light control panel with assessories outdoor type including connected switch gears, cable etc. and suitable sheet metal enclosure test and commissioning of panel of 440V, out door cubical type with suitable provisoin of 25 x 25 x 3mm angular base and vertical frame along with necessary PCC foundation and locking arrangement complete incluuding taking out old unserviceable panel all as specified and directed. Note - The quoted rate shall be inclusive of the following :- (i) suitable cable control wiring inside panel board, cable glands, cable lugs, supporting insulators etc. (ii) Quoted rate is inclusive of angular base frame and PCC foundation, Earth work and connected accessories. (iii) The panel should be mounted min 0.3m above from the ground level (iv) Design / drawing / BOM of the panle showing the dimensions is to be obtained from manufacturer / supplier is to be got approved from GE before placing final order to the manufacturer (v) Anything missed out in the technical specifications but technically required for efficient working is deemed to be included to be inthe quoted rate.

M&L for cutting the existing road / PCC / drain for taking out / laying of underground cable including necessary earthwork excavation and making good to match with the existing surface complete all as specified and with PCC 1:3:6 type C1 by (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) 100mm thick complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (i) GI pipe shall be measured and paid separately. (ii) Any damages made / caused to the HT / LT cables, water supply pipelines, OFC cables etc. during the excavation works shall be made good by the contractor as per original and GE cost of the same is deemed to be included in the unit quoted rate.
