The Vertical support post for the installation of overhead sign Gantry shall be made of 300NB (Nominal Bore) MS Pipe with 12mm thick with a ground clearance of 6 meters along with 80NB (Nominal Bore) MS Pipe with 4mm thick and 40NB (Nominal Bore) MS Pipe with 3.20mm thick support posts. MS Base plate of size 1200mm x 1200mm x 25mm and MS Top plate of size 900mm x 1650mm x 16mm to be used to hold the sign board at the top and bottom respectively. MS Stiffener plates 8mm thick of sizes 420x420, 682x420, 288x288, 288x927 & 44x130 are to be used. Anchor bolts of dimension 25mm dia and 1000mm length are to be used as fixtures. The approved direction information should be digitally printed and should have 70% of the co-efficient of Retro-reflection values against the values as mentioned in Table 6.9 of IRC67 – 2012. The Latex printer used for digital printing should use inks with low VOC emissions and have green guard, eco logo certificates as per UL 2801 standards.
