Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to Wet mix macadam specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant, carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver in sub-base/base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density as per clause 406 of MORT&H specification for Road and Bridge works(5th Revision).

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion on prepared surface of granular base including clearing of road surfce and spraying primer @ 0.6kg. per sqm.using mechanical broom as per Clause 502 of MORT&H Specification for Road & Bridge works (5th Revision.)

Providing & laying 50 mm thick av. compacted Bituminous Macadam (Grading-II) using VG-30 Bitumen with Hot Mix Plant using crusher broken hard granite aggregates of specified grading premixed with bituminous binder @ 3.3 % by weight of total mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to works site, lying with Hydrostatic Paver Finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compacting as per Clause No. 504 and section 900 of specifications for Road and Bridge works of Ministry of Road Transport & Highways (5thRevision)

Providing HYSD reinforcement steel for RCC works using SAIL/ TISCON including bending, binding & placing in position as per Drawing including cost, conveyance of all materials, all labour and T&P etc. complete as per direction and specification of Engineer-in-charge.

RCC M-30 Grade in Wearing coat including Reinforcement using 20mm downgraded size crushed stone aggregates mixed by concrete mixer, laying in layers and compacting by vibrator & all leads and lifts including form works etc. complete as per the specification and direction of Engineer in charge

Providing weep holes in Brick masonry/Plain/ Reinforced concrete abutment, wing wall/ return wall with 100 mm dia AC pipe, extending through the full width of the structure with slope of 1V :20H towards drawing foce. Complete as per drawing and Technical Specification.

Providing Drainage spout in Brick masonry/Plain/ Reinforced concrete abutment, wing wall/ return wall with 100 mm dia AC pipe, extending through the full width of the structure with slope of 1V :20H towards drawing foce. Complete as per drawing and Technical Specification.

Metal spall backing in the rear side of abutment and wing walls using 5cm size hard granite metal including cost, conveyance, royalty, taxes of materials, labour, T&P required for the work etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge

Providing and laying of Filter media with stone crushed aggregates of 45mm size satisfying the requirements laid down in clause 2504.2.2 of MoRT&H specification to a thickness of not less than 600mm with smaller size towards the soil and bigger size towards the wall and provided over the entire surface behind abutment, wing wall and return wall to the full height compacted to a firm condition complete as per drawing and technical specification as directed by the Engineer in charge

Gravel backing to revetment including cost, conveyance, royalty, taxes of materials, labour, T&P required for the work etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge

Reinforced cement concrete crash barrier at the edges of the bridge structures, constructed with M-40 grade concrete with HYSD reinforcement conforming to IRC:21 and dowel bars 25 mm dia, 450 mm long at expansion joints filled with pre-moulded asphalt filler board, keyed to the structure on which it is built and installed as per design given in the enclosure to MOST circular No. RW/NH - 33022/1/94-DO III dated 24 June 1994 as per dimensions in the approved drawing and at locations directed by the Engineerand as per Technical Specifications section 809 of MORTH specification for Road & Bridge works (5th revision) etc. complete as directed by the Engineer in charge

Painting two coats after filling the surface with synthetic enamel paint in all shades on new plastered concrete surfaces including cost, conveyances of materials and cost of all labour T & P etc complete as per specification and direction of Engineer in charge.
