Complete servicing of the lift by way of oiling/cleaning of the lift components like guide channels,pulleys etc,cleaning of the top of the lift car by using blower,checking/cleaning of the lift ropes,over speed governor for proper functioning. The job further includes car door alignment,landing door alignment for smooth operation of the lift,checking of electrical parameters of lift, loose connections if any,adjustment of lift parameters ,checking of automatic rescue device for proper functioning.
Providing and fitting of encoder and motherboard in place of the damaged one. The job includes retrival of encoder and motherboard by proper disassembling and refitting of new OEM make encoder and motherboard with due checking of operation and testing at desined parameters. The job futher includes programming of the lift to make it operational along all the designed floors. All the consumables, tools and tackles shall be arranged by the firm.
Comprehensive Maintenance Contract (CMC) of One No.20 Passenger (G+4) Otis Make Lift for 02 years post repairs and proper functioning of the lift as certified by concerned Engineer on Site at MRI Building of Govt. Super Specialty Hospital, Srinagar as per the maintainance schedule as mentioned in the annexure B
